Found my way inside because they had all their Sun Bum SPF products at 50% off which was a steal! Super thrilled with my haul on that. I also browsed quickly and saw the cutest water bottles, accessories and clothing. But the SPF is what got me from jump. The associate behind the register was sweet and friendly and kind. A great experience from start to finish.

Cute clothes but way to expensive. Their clothes are adorable, but they are made out of horrible cheap material. You can literally pick up any piece of clothing and see multiple instances of poor stitching and thin material. Said they were having a sale, but after I paid it was obviously that they raised the prices of clothes just for their “sale” to be the normal asking price which is still way to high for the poor quality of their clothing. Will probably never go again because it’s like getting Shein clothes for 70$…

Loved the store and everything in it!! I just didn’t like the fact that I was being rushed by an employee, as well as being followed throughout the store. I’m a retail worker myself and their behavior was unacceptably rude.

The store had lots of merchandise and a variety. They had a lot of employees working in the store,and were helping their customers. Very friendly and helpful.

Love the product. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lisa, manager, immediately shipped a shirt to us that was accidentally left behind. Customer service still exists!

I purchased over $1400 worth of clothes for my son and granddaughter. My husband didn’t retire from the the military but he did 10 year. You are considered a veteran no matter how much time to have put. I asked the manager if they discounted veterans and I explained my husband does not carry around his DD214 so he doesn’t take a chance of loosing it. That’s the purpose for it. She told me no. This is for all 50 states. Could someone please explain to her what a veteran is. She even had we give discounts to our veterans on a sticker but we aren’t considered a veteran.A Veteran designation on a DL/ID card proudly recognizes military service, and is intended to enable US Veterans to access certain privileges, benefits, or compensation associated with being a Veteran without having to carry and produce their Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD Form 214).

Each year I go to Quiet Storm and shop for my children. I don’t live very close so I don’t go there too often. Every time I’ve gone into this store my experience has been excellent. The staff is helpful beyond most expectations. Everything is organized and properly stacked neatly. I’ve never seen a retail store as clean and put together as they are. I had to ask one of the associates on the floor if I could use her to size up some clothes as she was similar to my daughters size. She was happy to help. I felt like a creeper for asking but she said she didn’t mind and I appreciated that so much. This is an excellent store to shop in. I’m very picky about where I shop and where I want to spend my money. There are places that sell great products but because of the management of some places I will not go there. My sincerest compliments to the entire staff and manager for doing an outstanding job. I definitely will continue shopping there more often.

Customer service here is spectacular! I has all but given up on finding something for my husband until a salesperson Olivia came and assisted me. She went above and beyond, even went into the back to look for something for me! I will definitely come back to this store!! Thank you!!

The only reason why I'm rating it two stars is for the fact that I bought a bathing suit from here and when i washed it the suit it fall apart. The suit was 50 dollars it's a high price product that falls apart.

Be forewarned, merchandise must be returned within 7 days, and you won’t know this until you’ve reached the register, and only then might you see the small placard taped to the counter.

If I can give this store a 0 stars I would. I went in to shop and my first impression was this is a nice shop. I went to look at the sunglasses and found a pair. While I was carrying them around for less than 2 minutes (with the intent to buy them) I realized that I was being followed by an employee. She then asked to take the sunglasses to the front of the store and grabbed them out of my hand before I responded. I was then being watched closely while I shopped. I felt very uncomfortable especially since they didn't seem care about the other white shoppers or even my white friend that I was shopping with. Overall I am very disappointed and recommend going to a different surf shop.
