I recently had an unfortunate experience at this store that I feel compelled to share. The professionalism of the employees seems to be lacking, as they appear to be unaware of their own return policies. When I visited, I was informed that any item could be returned as long as the tags were attached and it hadn’t been worn. However, when I attempted to return a dress with an attached bodysuit, I was told that it could not be returned.
Interestingly, just the day before, a cashier had processed a full return for me, although she couldn't complete it because I didn't have the card on file. The manager on duty during my visit was named Pedro, and it seems there may be a disconnect among the staff regarding the store policies.
Additionally, I want to emphasize that a dress is not considered intimate apparel, so the reasoning behind the return denial felt unreasonable. I told the staff they could keep the dress, but they didn’t decline, which makes me think it might end up back on the rack despite my experience. I even considered throwing it away to avoid this hassle.
Afterwards, I tried calling back in hopes of speaking directly with the manager, but I only spoke to an employee the entire time, which was quite odd. I typically do not shop here, and my attempt to find a last-minute item has left a lasting disappointment. I won’t be returning to this store again and hope that this feedback highlights the need for better training and clear communication regarding return policies.

abdul was amazing walked in having no idea what i was expecting and left with a car i was spectacle at first from some of the reviews but after spending time at hw auto i was very pleased with my experience thank you again Mr Asad.

Decent location. No fitting room available to use. Staff talked amongst themselves very loudly. Just stopped in because we were new to area and wanted to see what type of clothing was inside. Not too impressed but had plenty of sizes. They also have shoes and accessories.

I walked in the other day since I was shopping at the other stores in the area, I had two other regular sized plastic bags, my greeting at the door was that I needed to give the associate my bags, which I find very rude for multiple reasons, first off where is the hello, welcome in(?), second I’m not giving you my personal belongings, I am not giving my money to an establishment that made me feel uncomfortable , to me , it makes me feel like I was labeled as a thief, if someone wanted to steal, they definitely could, I didn’t even have a large bag. I spend my money on some basic dresses at Macys instead, more my speed anyways.

I went into the store, and there were atleast 3 employees working.. and no one said anything to me. I made eye contact with one employee on my way out since no one could even acknowledge my existence.. and still she said nothing to me. Horrible customer service.

Somebody stole my ticket for a beautiful shirt at rainbow. The managers very unprofessional and stole my federal government funds. I wouldn't go to this store anymore because they are very rude people.

Nice store. However, the racks are so close together that it's hard to get between them, and if someone is in a wheelchair your out of luck. You can't get past the front door

Very nice clothes, decent prices HORRIBLE STAFF!!! I had to speak first to the worker when I am the customer. And she never acknowledged me the whole transaction but continued to speak with her coworker in front of me about unrelated work things. Very disappointed and made my experience horrible. Do better. Thanks. She was a lady with locs, up in big clips and fair brown skin.

I'm completely satisfied. The price/quality combination is amazing. I uncovered a treasure trove of fashionable stuff while planning our forthcoming trip. It's a one-stop store for diversified, reasonably priced clothes.

Store was a damn mess the store is never together when I go.Employees are literally screaming across the room at each other while customers are shopping The worker with the blue braids had us standing at the register while she finish doing whatever she was doing she didn’t even acknowledge we was right in front of her then when she finally finish she started screaming that she needed a bar talking bout if she ain’t have 1 the clothes aren’t going out.the manager seems more like a friend than a actual manager they letting the workers do whatever they want honestly won’t be coming back seen a lot of reviews and apparently it’s still a problem that is not getting fix

It’s a MAJOR problem when you have your employees working in an over 83 degrees !!! It’s extremely hot !!! Owner doesn’t care. So I won’t be back.

The company needs better policies for exchanging clothes, the current one doesn’t make sense if the clothes that are trying to be exchanged are obviously paid for and come from the store
