My experience at this store was very unpleasant. The lady that was working tonight had a bad attitude and was very smog. She practically and very rudely rushed my daughter and I out of the store at 7:30 when they clearly were supposed to close at 8pm. I will not be returning to this store for any shopping. Their workers need more training in customer service and professionalism. Highly upset!¡!

Absolutely THE WORST. If your roadside assistance company assigns you to them, REFUSE, direct them to this review and ask for some other company. This company will tell roadside assistance a time to show they have the "fastest" response time then take THREE POINT FIVE HOURS to show up for a flat tire. Every time we or the roadside assistance checked in with them, they were 20-25 minutes out. When the driver finally called to say he was on his way -- 50 minutes past the last time they told us they would be there via text message - he was STILL 15 minutes out. He showed up of course - you guessed it! - 20-25 minutes later and in a regular sedan . The guy was super nice and got our spare on quickly and this is absolutely not abt him but 100% abt the crap the company pulled. Respect your customers' time and if you can't get there within a reasonable time - which any reasonable person would say is much much less than 3.5 hours - then DO NOT TAKE THE JOB. Periodt. We sat from 11:45pm to almost 3:00am to have a freaking spare put on. And whoever responds to the reviews, miss me with the "have a blessed day" or the snark. Trust you will see this review everywhere and Chevy Roadside has already escalated the complaint. :-) So you have a blessed one!! #dobetter

We are traveling on a cross country road trip in our RV. We had a leaking tire and called Rainbow Dispatch & Consulting of Norfolk, VA. They asked what size RV we had, quoted $125 for the service and dispatched a tech. He was surprised at the size of our unit and wasn't sure if his equipment could do the job. He managed to jack up the trailer take off leaking tire and put the spare on. We took the tire to a tire store and got it repaired. The on Monday July 17th we called Rainbow back. They sent the same tech out and he switched the spare for the repaired tire. On Tuesday the 18th we began the next leg of our journey and the wheel of the repaired tire fell off while we were enroute. We could have been killed. The road we were on was very rough and I only realized something was wrong because of tire pressure monitoring. I called Rainbow and they didn't call me back, the tech did. He went to look for the wheel and tire and called once. Apparently he didn't find it. I just called Rainbow and no manager would talk with me. Their dispatcher basically told me that the tech is responsible and call him. They were basically rude and indifferent. I wouldn't use them again for any reason. Buyer beware!

Had a flat tire called Rainbow Roadside spoke with Kim she advised the services they offer & told me how long their Tech Carl will be . Carl was very prompt , very helpful & professional.. I will definitely use Rainbow Roadside & special shout out to Carl & Kim definitely an A Team

My car was out of gas I was very stressed out and Matthew came to the rescue.He was able to help me out despite being in a very bad financial position.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in a bad situation.

went into the store looking for cute cheap shirts. found a shirt for $7.99 but on the tag it said "2 for $7" so i grabbed the exact same shirt in a different color and the tag says the same thing. i go to purchase and ask the cashier if that was correct she said yes and called another employee over to double check and he said yes as well and told her it would automatically ring up as 2 for $7. i pay and leave then i check my receipt and both shirts came up as $7.99 so i go back into the store to fix it. i'm pretty sure the cashier was new so she called another different employee over to address it. she repeats multiple times that the shirts are 2 for $7. she goes in and fixes it but tells me the shirts are just $7 each and "no shirts would ever be 2 for $7" so i just ask for the full refund and gets angry with me. she snaps at me about all the time they spent trying to fix it and i explain it's still not correct so i just want a refund for the shirts and she gives me my refund while mumbling under her breath and giving me a rude attitude as we finish the transaction. i love this store but i don't think i'll be back at this location.

Terrible customer service. Someone needs to tell the "dummy duo" (white girl and older black woman) working here that it's rude to profile customers of only a certain ethnicity or talk out loud about the ones whose business funds your paycheck. Probably never coming here again.

Walking out to your car and finding your tire completely flat will ruin anyone's day. I'm grateful James was there to help me out though. He was quick to get to me and even gave me a little advice on what routs to avoid to help prevent this from happening in the future. I appreciate him working so quickly to help get me on my way. Thank you James!!
