Most of the pharmacy staff are very kind and it is apparent that they are overworked. However, a handful of the pharmacy staff should not be dealing with the public, period. The drive thru is never open. When it is, the staff working it are rude as ever. I went to pick up a prescription today and only 1 was ready, so I asked the woman working if I had my second one available or if she could give me a timeframe on when it would be ready. She completely ignored me. Thinking she possibly couldn’t hear me, I repeated my question. Again, she completely ignored me. She said ‘your card’s in the bag’ and walked away. She didn’t even have me sign for my prescription. Lo and behold, I get a text right after getting home that my second prescription is ready. So of course I will have to make a second stop at the pharmacy this week to retrieve it, when that was probably unnecessary to begin with. Just really not the customer service experience I want anywhere, ever. I will be switching my prescriptions elsewhere because why would anyone want to deal with the foolishness.

My perceptions are always filled a week late and the drive through is never open. I had to take my 1 year old inside to pick up medicine while she had pneumonia because the drive through is always closed. The pharmacy line inside the store is always backed up nearly to the door.

So, so bad. The pharmacy drive thru window is NEVER open. The staff is sllooowww and unsmiling. Whose brilliant idea was it to merge MacArthur Pharmacy and this place? Ever since that happened it’s been a nightmare. Time to switch pharmacies.

My prescriptions are never ready when I come to the pharmacy, and they’ve given me the incorrect medication twice that was someone else’s. When you try to call you’re on hold forever and they still don’t answer. This rite aid has the worst pharmacy ever.

They lost my prescription delivery not once but two days in a row. The first day the driver said they broke down. The second time the driver cancelled the order. The pharmacy does not know where the medication went. It is scary that they allow drivers to take medication from their pharmacy and steal it.
Do NOT recommend filling scripts here. The woman I spoke with was very rude and said the lost prescription was my problem because I selected delivery from Rite Aid.

Horrible service and they refuse to fill my 90 day prescriptions for any longer than 30 days so my refills run out

The current review is they take your money for your deliveries and never deliver your product put the product back on the shelf and keep your money. Called corporate six times now nothing has been done. 3 weeks later still waiting on my money and my pills. I switched to Walgreens. Good riddance rite aid you are of no use.
Older reviews. I'm leaving this review as I'm still on hold over 20 min now, ridiculous!!! Pharmacy you have to get better!! It rang at least 100 times before they picked up the phone, placed me immediately on hold & left me there!!!! (Never came back on Just wow, 0 for customer service!!

Overheard employees making fun of a disabled customer. Gross. It's become a local joke how awful the employees are to certain groups of people.Reply to owner:Instead of copy pasting the same generic auto response, maybe just hire less ignorant staff.
