We are thoroughly grateful for the ladies who take their time to run this place as a charity to those who need it. When your baby is going to be in the NICU for the next 4 months, all you want is to be as close to them as possible. The Ronald McDonald House makes that happen. All the volunteers who dedicated their time and happy energy are so kind and helpful. The room we were assigned was spotless. The dining area and kitchen are BIG and very pretty. There is also a playroom for those staying with children.Free wifi. Walking distance to the hospital district.

Beautiful house, the staff was wondering, very friendly and compassionate. The rooms were nice and large. It was very nice when family’s and churches came in and provided meals, but they also provided prayers and kind words to get you though this difficult time. So thankful to have a place like this for family’s when it is needed.

I am very grateful for having such a quiet and beautiful place to stay during this difficult time for our family. With the room in McDonald House I could get a better sleep than staying in hospital, then have the energy to take care of my baby in the daytime. Thanks for those who make this happen.

Life saver. Tough stay with a child with the food and drink rules but understandable

Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful. Covid-19 rules to abide by, but nothing crazy. Bring a extra blanket, the room temps are not controlled in each room. And the staff was not able to change it. It was just a bit cool for us at night. We are returning for a follow up appointment, and plan to make a nice donation for assisting us and for their future. Thank you.

Our daughter was born early and had to be in the NICU for a week. We ended up staying here. Regardless of covid, it was still a good friendly stay. The rooms could use a upgrade. Kind of old fashioned. Hopefully one day we could contribute

I must admit this place has for sure been a completely AWESOME gift for my friend and her family... The staff member encounter that I experienced last night was unacceptable and without a doubt unnecessary. We should not have to deal with such rude and unprofessional behavior from someone whom is supposed to be here to help. After an extremely difficult time and day at CHKD, the last thing we needed was a nasty attendant greeting the family members staying there with pure doubt and an unwelcome demeanor.

Great place that helps families in need. Only complaint is size of room and the paper thin walls. We were able to hear neighbor talk and watch TV. Staff was great.

Great organization that lift spirits when they need it most and really helps families with a place to stay while a loved one may have surgery at the chkd children's hospital.
