The pink roller was so perfect for my sons first birthday! Our original back yard party was canceled bc of the tropical storm coming thru, and I last minute started searching for baby friendly/ party play zones. I called before opening hours to leave a voice mail in panic so I could hopefully be the first call they got that day. She returned my call in minutes, communication was amazing, our sons party turned out beautiful. I forgot stupid little things and they were prompt to see what they had to help. These ladies were amazing, professional, kind and helpful. I am so so thankful for the pink roller and how beautiful our day turned out. Thank you so much!

Heard about this place from other moms in the area,the mall it is located in is sketchy but I was willing to look past that to book my girls birthdays. When I found it there was a reserved party going on so I was okay with leaving, the mother of the birthday boy was setting up and told me it was her sons party as I explained I understood I was just interested in booking and looking to talk to the business owner she said she didn't know where the owner went she LEFT hours ago and never came back. Just not a good look all around..decided to take this place off the list for my girls.

Drove 20 minutes to find out they were closed even though they open at 10am. We called the number several times no one answered. We noticed they had backyard outdoor play stuff for toddlers. Pretty much Old used up stuff. Very small space.

I had both of my sons birthday here, at the same time. The location of the place makes it even better, it provides even more privacy for your party. The decorations were amazing, they turned out even better than I thought they would. I loved the creativity. The staff was great, they helped me out with everything I needed help with, whether big or small. And the prices were beyond reasonable, the best part is I didn’t have to buy anything, set anything up or clean anything up. I was able to pack my kids and their presents up and leave. I recommend this place to anyone who has kids, especially kids aged from 8 months to 5 years. I had a wonderful experience that will not be forgotten.

Ignore the negative reviews about location. I brought my son here for free play and a special presentation about dinosaurs. We never felt unsafe here; in fact, he didn't want to leave. The staff is friendly, professional, and you can tell that they genuinely care about providing a fun, safe environment for children.

Book a private party for my twins 3rd birthday they had a wonderful time and I did like the custom decor. It was really nice. I can say that I would not book a party here again. I rented the front space and play area PRIVATELY. One of the staff members thought it was a good idea to walk a couple through my PRIVATE party to show them the back space. Very unprofessional I paid the PRIVATE party price so why didn’t the staff member no better. I would bring them back to play but to pay that amount of money and have a random couple walk through is very ghetto. They have a face mask policy but allowed another staff member to walk in and out without one on. I asked them to tell her to put a face mask on and why is she walking back and forth through my PRIVATE PARTY and she’s not even on the clock. The owners and staff should be on one Accord. They dropped the ball with my party. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else

The attention to detail was great and the atmosphere was very inviting!! The owners are available, knowledgeable and very professional!! The play yard was clean and the children didn't want to leave!

Highly recommend this facility, especially for your child’s birthday. Due to Covid restrictions I had to reschedule for my daughters birthday months later and just used it to have a big play date. It was successful. The owners are wonderful and have the best customer service. My kids and guest loved the facility. I definitely will be having another event here.

They made my baby birthday so much easier as I was running late getting everything together by myself. They picked up the cake and decorations for my baby and went above and beyond. This is my second time bringing my baby there

I was skeptical about this place at first because of location. BUT I did not want to drive all the way to Virginia Beach for my child to play, so I still went. I was confused about parking. So I called, instead of driving back home, and was told parking was in the back. Once I got inside, my concerns were put to rest. This place is perfect for babies and toddlers, and is very intimate. My daughter absolutely enjoyed herself! I was glad that I chose to go and check it out. The owner that I spoke to (I forgot her name, but she had long locs) was so sweet and when I heard her story behind the place. I appreciated the place more. It's something about people who take a risk in hopes to better a community. This area needs places like this for children and more people like her! I hope it continues to grow!****UPDATE ****We have been faithful customers to the Pink Roller! We love it that much! AND now .... They have a new location and it is AMAZING!! I’m so happy to see this place growing!! I swear by this place! And my favorite part about this place is that it is Black owned!!!

Money hungry wasn't a private party at all every little thing they came in and complained about it. We paid 500 and still has to clean up and mop or it would be an extra $50dollars never seen nothing like it. High for no reason I paid an extra $75 for a extra hour already they said we "took off paint" with our back drop spots of paint y'all!! But I seen it there already.They said y'all have to pay 125 today for that smh these people obvious seen people with money and tried to get over. If you 1min late getting out it's an extra $75 so you have to clean up an hour before so u basically don't get the full 4hours because they keep calling or walking in being worrisome not recommended never again!!!! If I could give no stars I would

My son is 3 years old and his class was hanging a Minnie and Mickey party. We had a great time. You can bring in your own food. It's a large room and accommodates a lot of people. The decorations were beautiful and lots of theme balloons. It was a very spacious room and had lots of tables to spread out. It stays open until 8 pm. The kids can play in the play yard or reserve a room for special party. It's nice because it's safe and it's for ages 2- 6 years of age.
