McLeskey Comprehensive Breast Center is among an elite group designated as an American College of Radiology Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. After rigorous evaluation of staff, equipment, physician credentials, technique and image quality, the centers are now fully accredited in the three major areas of breast imaging and cancer detection, mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy and ultrasound-guided biopsy. All Sentara breast centers are also MQSA/FDA certified. McLeskey Comprehensive Breast Center is accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.

I almost cancelled my appointment at the Breast Center after reading all the negative comments. I am glad I did not. My visit was positive, upbeat, and professional. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming, the facilities were spotless, and I was in and out in within 30 minutes. This will be my mammogram center from now on!

I come twice a year. There is always a wait, the staff is not very nice or knowledgeable and there is no pumping room even though it is a breast center. Parking is good at least and it's a nice building. The doctors upstairs are nice but the imaging process is awful.

Best place to have your mama-gram done ! Nice people and most confronting place for women!
