No Windshield washer solution, squeegee or paper towels. Trash cans full and trash everywhere. Only good thing about this shell station is the gas prices. If your a fuel rewards customer you have to go inside and pre pay.

I was so glad that their pump printed a receipt. So many pumps fail to do so these days. Convenient for airport car rental drop offs.

They sell fake ZYN cans. Purchased 5 containers, all were fake, the pouches inside were yellow and contain fiberglass.

Your debit card WILL get skimmed here and whomever will attack your account the next day! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! It just happened to me today, withing 15 minutes someone tried to pay their bills to the tune of $1k+!!!!! Police and FTC notified as well as my bank, of course!

Never ever coming back to this Shell station. I have had 2 debit cards hacked within the last 30 days from this station. Multiple unauthorized purchases.

So, I was so upset because I was over charged for my gas by 50.00. went back next day and he printed out a receipt from the date and time of purchase and it wasn't their fault! I still don't know what happened but I'm gonna have to say it was my cash card company fault! I am taking back my bad review of this place. thanx for helping me straighten it out. But the woman manager was still rude!!!!!

I work across the street so I come here from time to time, enough to know the staff by face and vise versa. Usually I go in the evening when a younger middle eastern looking guy works he’s friendly enough and even one time when I locked my keys in my car he charged my phone , let me wait inside with no issue and even gave me the key to use the bathroom. That Being said I went there today on my lunch break and made my purchase and asked the older Indian woman working could I please use the restroom really quick to which she scrunched her face In almost disgust and shook her head no. I felt so bad and disgusted myself with this discrimination from another person of color. I will not be coming back and encouraging my coworkers to not patronize this place either. I try my hardest to spend money at small businesses especially people of color but at times they are the most racist

If you select "print receipt" at the pump, you should be able to get your receipt at the pump. Instead, the screen told me "printing receipt" and remained so for a minute or so. It then changed to "clerk has receipt". I had to go inside and wait in line to pick it up. There was a 5 minute wait as 2 crackheads tried to pass an invalid card to pay for their Black and Milds before finally being turned away by the lone clerk at the place.Do your customers a favor and put a roll of paper in the printer at the pumps. It'll save us all a world of hassle.

Absolutely horrible experience, l came here to get gas. I also went inside to pay but the pump stalled out as I put the pump in my car. The woman manager said that my money would be back once I put the pump back my money would go back. Except, I didn’t put the pump back..I went inside the store to see why the pump was still processing and she then assured me my money would be back but once I told her the pump was still in my car, she then went to my pump w/me to investigate. She found what I found which was the pump wasn’t working and had frozen up. She then places the pump back in it’s holder and escorts me back inside. A new transaction was made and somehow-the $30 I had asked for on the pump had now turned into to separate transactions of $20(I never asked for) and a $30 transaction which was correct. I’ve been back 3x and the manager won’t even check her system for the $20 transaction so I had to flag it as fraud. First time for everything , I suppose. I wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional and each day, her requirements for me to get my money back changed. Please, if you have to come here, use cash. It’s so close to the airport and many car dealerships so it’s an easy scam. USE CASH OR NOT AT ALL.

I came this morning at 6:52am 7-30-2022 and bought smokes I thought the card reader looked weird as it was the cleanest thing on the counter. I asked the lady at the store whats wrong with the card reader it didn't say anything to place my card or the price(red flag) she hits a button and the transaction processed. I go home wait for my car to be serviced and just checked my transaction and have FOUR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TODAY AT HARDEES AND PIZZA HUT of which I DO NOT EAT. I wouldn't recommend you use your card at this location. They keeping yo info and printing cards and ordering online.We go in the store to avoid this and they scamming. Come into our neighborhoods and rip us off.
