Walked in to see about a new phone. Spoke with Casey, and he went out of his way to help me and answer all my questions. He also noticed I was overpaying roughly $48.00 a month and helped me eliminate needless add-ons to my account. I will definitely do all my mobile business at this location. Thanks again Casey!!

Manager Jen went above and beyond to fix my account and I appreciate all her help. Justin and associate at Costco advised and confirmed several times of $350 promotional credit plus $190 phone credit for lines traded at Costco T- mobile.After getting the iphones 15 in hand, my bill wasn’t reflecting anything stated on the store or over the phone by mangers and Rusty over the phone. Buy Manager Jen assisted to get my acct back right to the best of her ability.

Walk in the store to ONLY purchase a USB C, nothing else. I'm told I have to check-in and wait just to buy a port. I can understand if i needed other services BUT i didn't.

They're ripped off and they get stuck with all these bills and you have no clue what goes on. And then all of a sudden? You're in a contract that you had no clue About. They say free they lie.

I came in the store to get a screen protector replacement. I was greeted by Quentin who was amazing and told me about all of the current deals. He knew that I didn’t want my bill to go over a certain amount so he broke every item down price wise for me and I got a great deal on my new Wi-Fi , chrome book and a watch for my grand daughter with no activation fees. Even though I didn’t plan on buying anything at the time I knew I needed a new laptop and I had been looking for something to track my grand daughter so it worked out perfectly. Everyone working there were friendly as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone because they don’t even rush you they treat you like a valued customer!

My phone had separated on the back and the tech helped me take care of the insurance claim as it was because of the battery but don't understand why Samsung revel 5 would have this problem I upgraded back in 2020 to another Android because of the same problem and not even 3yrs later it's happening again

I recently visited this T Mobile and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a warm smile by a friendly associate, Damian, and he was eager to assist me with my needs. The store was well organized and clean. Damian was extremely knowledgeable about the services, plans, and the best deal for me, making me feel confident in switching my current service to T Mobile. Justin, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful as well. Justin helped facilitate a snag and the transition from my old carrier to T Mobile. I left the store feeling happy and satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service. They took the time to make sure all the needs were met. THANK YOU for making my day ☺️

The store manager - Jason has superb customer service skills and A+ technical expertise. He solved my phone's data network connection issue which baffled the call center T-Mobile technical support. It took him a couple of minutes to get me connected Thanks Jason!

Sophia was fantastic! My husband and I came in to merge our plans and upgrade our phones and she helped us get in and out so fast! We had our baby with us and she was so patient and kind. I’ve never walked out of a phone store feeling more pleased than I did yesterday. Thank you Sophia!!

Just on the phone with customer service and I could not understand one word they spoke. Now I’m forced into going to the physical location. Customer service is even worst there.
