SO “10/10” (inside joke with Hector and Ai) from the second I walked into the store Hector was already grabbing my attention and ready to assist me 10/10 for customer service and handling my transaction. I did break my phone so that was the reason for going into T-Mobile , but honestly the entire staff (Ai, Danyea, and even the manager Chuck WITH of course Hector ) all provided me a FRIENDLY, EASY , EXCITING RELATIONSHIP WITH T-MOBILE they made sure I left with a new phone, and screen protector thanks to Hector and Ai helped wit my phone case and great conversation to keep me company . I wasn’t sure about T-Mobile as a company coming from sprint but after actually interacting with some of just the sales members in the company they made me feel confident in my service. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR WONDERFUL HELP IN EVERYTHING !

I was informed that they needed a managers authorization in this store to complete screen replacements for privacy protector screens. I've come here often to get my screen replaced whenever I drop my phone and the screen protector cracks and they've been helpful and friendly 9 out of 10 times. Overall, the staff here is helpful and friendly. Thank you.

This T-Mobile store is the worse the customer service is horrible and the manger yuan ain’t no better. The associates can say and refuse help when you ask for escalations and him as a manger see nothing wrong with that. The whole store needs to be fired but hey I’ll just go to another location for now on sooner or later that store will be shut down! 21St street is the best location out of Norfolk please don’t take your business to the MacArthur location..

I needed to switch carriers for a military deployment and came to the store and asked if there were any incentives to switch carriers or any phone deals and was told, "We don't have any any incentives or specials right now." Of course I knew this was incorrect and left. I came back the next day (downstairs this time) and the employee actually explained a trade in deal but did so incorrectly and calculated my phone payment double of what it should have been. I left again. I traveled all the way to the Independence Virginia Beach location where i had excellent customer service and informed employees. I purchased a new phone and switched carriers after 20 years! Your employees were lazy, uninformed, and did not understand the incentives.

I went in because one of my phones (I have 2) had service but no internet. The young lady from New York was super cool and patient, took good care of me and I ended up buying a phone case. It's a very good vibe in this location. It's strictly business but it didn't feel like it and that is something that will keep people coming back 5?

I went into T-Mobile with the expectations of just asking questions about switching my plan from Verizon because we pay an astronomical amount. But I ended up switching over mine and my husbands line last night and it only took about an hour and it cut my bill in half!!! The rep Clinton was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions & made me very confident and comfortable with switching. The manager on duty, I believe her name was Krystal was extremely friendly and helpful as well! Im so glad I made the switch from Verizon and I know what store I'll be coming too if I ever need help or have questions!! Thanks y'all.
