Updated review: The cantina chicken menu is great, but the customer service here needs work. I placed an order on the app and walked on over as always. I come to the place and there's a sign saying the lobby was closed for repairs. Nothing on the app said the lobby was closed, or else I wouldn't have ordered. I knock on the door, two employees notice me and proceed to ignore me. I knock louder three more times and loudly tell them that I'm picking up my order which is sitting on the counter. Still got ignored. Went right to drive thru window (risking injury) and finally got to talk to one of the employees who gave me my order. Even though they employees were not friendly, I nicely thanked them, but I got a blank stare in return. Considering going to 21st St or the one near the Navy base next time.

The wait for the food was wrong.Also, taco shells were stale. I would not recommend this location.

Two nights in a row, door was locked at 10:30pm mean while both google and the door it self says closed at 12am.

I just wanted to say I probably had the best tacobell food experience in all of my 19 years. Whoever was making orders at 11:20p on October 13 deserves a raise. He/she gotta be a veteran at that location, or they just felt like blessing me. I had the munchies and was expecting less but got more. Each burrito and taco was hot and like you see on the ads. I took a pic of one of my grilled cheese burritos but ate the deluxe cravings box and the other burrito before i could take pics of them. Even my baja blast freeze was perfect. I want to meet whoever made my tacos. Bless you

The drive-thru was slow as can be and there were not that many cars. It was just at a standstill forever! Then my food was poorly made. I ordered a jalapeno Mexican pizza and two tacos and a drink my Mexican pizza had mostly beans on it and hardly any meat at all and it was cold by the time it was given to me. Hire more employees and train them better.
