The Colley location is AWFUL. Avoid at all costs. I had a frustrating experience there last weekend but decided to give them one more chance today - never again! The employees are slow, rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. They act like doing their job is a huge inconvenience. On top of the truly horrible customer service, their technology at the registers is outdated and never seems to be working. Barcodes routinely won’t scan, computers freeze up and have to be restarted, and basic transactions like returns are nearly impossible. I will drive the thirty minutes to Virginia Beach next time I need anything home or garden related to avoid giving them my hard earned money.
