Terrible experience.i bought a car from them and the nxt day it had me on the side of the road in another state.Then they took the car into the shop and gave me a loaner car,but they didnt even put gas in it,literally only had 5 miles.Theyve had my car now for a week.Why would they even be selling cars with problems that even take a week to be fixed.I WILL NEVER IN LIFE BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM OR REFER ANYBODY TO THEM.Everyone in the office acts like they hate their job.I can honestly say i hate this place alrdy.

Buyers Beware I wish I could give the a big fat 0 My husband purchased a Chevrolet blazer and because they keep turning the vehicle off even though he paid he voluntarily gave the vehicle back this was in 2008 mind you fast forward 2018 they started garnishing his checks for this vehicle he gave back 10 years ago garnishment stop we thought that was it. Fast forward 2024 they started another garnishment procedure for $15,000 dollars and we no longer live in Va the court date was August we got the paperwork Sept. and now what they are garnishing his checks again.

Went there with a friend. They say no credit no problem and ride with a dollar down. Denied saying she needed a co signer. I agreed to co sign, they said we had to live together to do that and wouldn't work with $3k down. Awful terrible experience. Total rip off wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I got a Hyundai from them in May 2023, after about 3 weeks of having it the engine stopped working. They let me pick out another car in my price range, so i did. Within a week of having this car the battery stopped working & the a/c and heat stopped working. then within a month of having it the engine light came on for multiple things, the gas meter stopped working, the engine mount went bad, the O2 sensors went out, and a bunch of other things. And they do not care, the warranty didn't cover any of it. This is a lemon car, and i will be pursuing legal action unless they try to help me solve the situation. I would be okay with either a refund, fixing the problems OR switching out the car. Because this is insane.
