We first met Shon when I needed my engagement ring resized, and from that moment on, we knew we were in the best hands. He not only did a flawless job but also guided us through the process of designing our custom wedding bands. Shon is truly an artist! His knowledge, attention to detail, and patience made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. He takes the time to listen, offers honest advice, and makes you feel like your jewelry is as important to him as it is to you!! Shash is absolutely amazing! I have been going to him for years and he is honest, truly educates you on diamonds, and will help you find the best quality jewelry within your price range. I had my engagement ring that was purchased from another store appraised at the Exclusive Gem (he did a trade in from a previous ring he purchased there) and I’m so thankful I went to Shash. He found a blemish in my diamond that would lead to future durability issues and decreased the value of my ring. He helped my fiancé and I through the process and with his expertise, appraisal, and guidance, we were able to exchange our diamond for a better quality one at no additional cost through the other store. Unfortunately, the other jeweler would not allow a return, otherwise we would have had Shash build my engagement ring. However, Shash is building my wedding band and we will continue working with him for all future jewelry purchases! I recommend him to strangers, friends and family! If you are shopping for any type of jewelry, you must check out this store! He can bring any vision or design to life. Love to support local business as fabulous as this one!

I highly recommend Shash! I recently purchased my wife an upgrade for my 10th year anniversary. Shash was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. He had a wide variety of rings in stock and custom design pieces available. His customer service was top notch 10/10. I definitely found a new jeweler.
