Tidewater Tech provides career training with amazing teachers who give a lot of skills. Many students report a family type of vibe and atmosphere. The school helped some obtain certifications, leading to significantly higher pay. Staff are described as awesome and consistently helpful. However, experiences vary. Some students report major frustrations with financial aid and debt, leaving them with loans to pay. Administrative support can be inconsistent, with staff sometimes unavailable in the early morning when class starts. Amazing teachers that gave me a lot of skills that will make me an asset for my future employer. Wish they offered more certs for welding. Word of advice for future students, be there on time every time. Own your own success!
