The food is fantastic. Service is consistently among the worst in the area. My last two orders have been over 30m over the quoted pickup time. I hope they are able to get more staff, or adequately train their staff. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I get an iced caramel latte with oat milk everywhere I go. This is one of the best I’ve had. Great service and vibe inside. Will be going again and again.

On a Sunday, 9:30am, there was no supervisors or manager who had the capability to do refunds after waiting for 30 minutes for food. I left at 10:09. They offered to take my phone number so the mngr can call me to do a refund , but that was unsatisfactory. So I had to wait. I was late to my event, my sugar was low. To have a staff with no manager or elevated status of efficiency does not give staff a happy place to work. As an owner please take care of your staff. Train them well, and once they never leave the ship.Food is always great and so is the atmosphere, but after waiting that long it becomes a place I wouldn’t want to risk my schedule with.Mngmt, ownership - do better.

Can I just talk about how much I ADORE this place? Yes? Okay! First of all, the service I've received from Town Center Cold Pressed is lovely. I have anxiety and it can be hard for me to go out (which is why I ordered from Postmates today.. lol). But every time I've been there to order in person, I always feel comfortable placing an order and waiting for it due to the homey, rustic atmosphere and the employees being so laid back and friendly. They also write cute little messages on your drink lids which always makes me smile and reminds me of my days working at a café. Secondly, the food is SO delicious and fresh. I am vegan and occasionally vegetarian and I love all the incredible options they have for me and others with the same lifestyle. My favorite things to eat are the don't worry be happy oatmeal bowl and the strawberry chia smoothie bowl, S'mores bagel and the maple cinnamon espresso bagel, and the all vegan sausage and tofu sandwich! My favorite drinks are the matcha chai, Caramochanut espresso latte, and also pineapple fixation and drop the beet juices! Thank you, TCCP you guys are always loved and supported by me.

Came here from a High-Recommend; and now I'm telling you to go too! Warm atmosphere and customer service was on point. Stopped here SUPER last-minute, near closing time. They treated me wonderfully. I didn't feel rushed and they let me take my time. I order the morning glory and the B1 Southwest - you can make it a combo with any food item + any drink. Drink was superb and refreshing. The bagel was FIIIIIREEEEEE. Literally had no idea it would steal the show. One of the best loaded bagels I've had - sauce + siracha + egg + everything else was perfect with every bite 10/10. Location is easily accessible, near a lot of street parking. If you want to come study and write, it has the coffee shop type vibe inside. They have plenty of tables and seating for you as well, including high-top style in the front, so you can people-watch outside.

This juice/smoothie bowl spot is great. Yummy bowls. The service was outstanding. There is seating inside & outside. Ordered an Acai & a Green Goddess bowl. Both were very good. Also, I got an oatmilk cappuccino which was fine.

I have been here multiple times. The food and coffee is great but the service is hit or miss and when it's miss, it's terrible. Last time I went, I was pregnant and the male waiter was annoyed that I was asking for substitutions. I went today, walked in. The lady at the front didn't greet me and ignored me entirely. I walked up to the register, waited for several minutes, no one helped me and I left. On my way out, I expected the lady to ask if I got what I needed or maybe it would clue her into the fact that I was being ignored. Nope. I walked right by here and left. This place has potential but needs better customer service. The ambiance is nice.

Super delicious! I had the BGT sandwich, a nitro cold brew, and a turmeric shot and I feel so ready for my day! The sandwich was perfect, the coffee was excellent, and the turmeric shot literally turned my day around. The shot wasn’t bitter or sour and was perfectly balanced with the black pepper and lemon. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I wish I had photos to share but it was so tasty I finished it all so quickly!!Dietary restrictions: My coffee was dairy free, they had plenty of milk alternatives.

I normally wouldn't drop into Cold Pressed because they're usually overpriced and overrated. But I had time to kill before the running store opened so here I am! FOOD: I ordered half of the strawberries and cream bagel. I was happy to know they did halves because I can never finish a whole bagel. I'm a west coast girl, so the amount of cream cheese they put on was perfect - not an overwhelming amount. The bagel was delicious and chewy, yum. LOCATION: there's 4 bar stools outside to sit down, 2 inside, and 4 tables with 4 chairs each. It's a tight squeeze, so don't bring a big group of people. It's clean and cozy. SERVICE: friendly, walk up service. It's a small shop with a small staff so prepare to wait a little for your stuff. It was good, I don't mind! Will I come back? Ah, maybe in the summer when it's hot and I'm craving a huge juice.

My previous visits here have been good and I enjoy the food and juices. This visit however was a struggle. They had a new, young girl up front all by herself filling orders and was flipping through a binder for help while it seemed workers just watched. She did her best and even smiled and greeted guests as they came in. There was a point I saw 4 guys walk into the back, two in black shirts and the other two in like flannel (which felt unprofessional)— none of them came out to help her as she was drowning and took their seats again. I even saw a guy in a black shirt, that appeared to work there some how, be on his phone and say she’s really struggling. It took more than 30 minutes for her to have my order ready when I was told it would be ready by 2:20pm. She was so apologetic and I told her don’t worry, and that she should have help being new. It was at that time the guy that had that phone call and probably heard me say you should have some help darling, got up and I hope he went to help cause then I left. I hope my next experience there is better and that she not get fired for lack of support.

EDIT: Why would I use my actual name? So you can retaliate? My inside knowledge should be enough to tell you all that I did in fact work here.If you really value your health please don't go here. I worked here but quit due to unfair treatment of staff and my checks constantly bouncing. The kitchen is disgusting and any attempts that we made to better the restaurant were talked down by management. The food is subpar for the price... $11 for a cheap bagel with chicken and veggies on it is not a deal, and every drink is like $6 starting. You're spending $20 for anything remotely resembling a meal here.I was one of the only ones who cleaned the machines properly, owners refused to hire actual companies to make deliveries and insisted on buying produce from Walmart and Aldi to cut costs (nevermind that this prevents food contact tracing and is not safe for a restaurant). Half the equipment was broken and when asking for new essentials (i.e. a blender to BLEND essential mixes for smoothie bowls and drinks) we were told we were "ungrateful" for what we had (which was broken stuff).Checks regularly bounced, with owners using zelle or cash app or even saying "just take money out of the drawer" to pay wages. The food is way too overpriced to have staff checks bounce. It's not like you shouldn't prepare weeks in advance to make sure there's money in the accounts.Another note about the food, the "cold-pressed" juices are a lie, OJ is store bought Tropicana, and Apple juice is cider/apple juice from concentrate. We were routinely told to lie to customers about benefits and about where the juice was coming from ("fresh-squeezed"). You're better off juicing your own stuff.Everything in the kitchen was cross-contaninated because it was literally impossible to get management to provide us with safe storage solutions. Roaches constantly in the back. I would try to dissuade people from buying certain products because I knew that the food was overpriced for the value. We were constantly told to prioritize online orders, nevermind the fact that they would only schedule 3 of us all day when the store was packed, leaving in person customers dissatisfied and angry with us over having to wait 25 minutes for a sandwich. When I quit I was the only one left from my hiring group. This is a sinking ship and I'm glad they got exposed for being a company that lies to both their employees and their customers.
