Honestly, my list for this experience is just too long. I've used u-Haul exclusively for years, but this situation changed all of that. From inaccurate/dishonest billing, no/wrong equipment, to an unprofessional customer service representative to name a few, what's left that's still good enough for a referral?

This is a AAAA Self Storage not a U Haul. They have no idea what’s going on. Stay far away from here.

This store has continually provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received from any store my entire life. The workers do not want to do their job and they are rude as well.

Go anywhere else. Staff claims driving 7 miles takes 3.5 gallons of gas. Don't bother trying customer service as they simply take the side of the employees without applying common sense.

Rented trucks frequently in the past without issue, until I used this location. I drove a truck 7 miles and was charged for almost 4 gallons of gas by the employees here claiming that's what it had when I picked it up. Do not under any circumstance rent from these people.
