Update 6/19/2025- changed 1 star to 4 after very responsive call from manager at the store. Although the overall experience that day was still bad, she extended very good customer service in calling me after I complained to the regional office, explaining she WAS trying to find me a truck that day regardless of what the other guy said (though she and I miscommunicated and I did not understand that at all or wouldn’t have left and spent a couple of hours finding another rental). WILL use this location again as I definitely had good experiences before but mainly because she extended very good customer service afterwards.
5/31/3025: Came here for years, will not again. After a reservation yesterday and standing in line 45 mins, 6th in line, app not working, was told no truck because people hadn’t returned on time. I was calm, just suggested to the guy that when they have a long line, make an announcement or ask every now and then who has reservations or not and for what size truck, so you can tell the people to go, no truck available. He couldn’t even hear that, so stressed; waited to talk to other counter lady to hear me before I left. The one guy stayed kind of edgy and stressed sounding even with her while we waited in line; won’t be back to this location.

This location used to be my favoriteI U-Haul location of all. I frequent this U-Haul my last visit I encountered the new store manager James the service was very dissatisfying James was rude yelling belligerent in front of my children. This is in no way how any company should be represented by their store manager

The reservation, pick-up, and drop-off was seamless. I would not hesitate to use this location again for any U-Haul needs.

This is a great place to rent a truck or van. Dee is an awesome person and is very proficient at her job. I've been renting frequently while my van is in the shop and every time I deal with the morning crew it's a super pleasant experience. The whole morning crew are great people and I always have a positive interaction when I come in. They're all such good folks that I won't even bother going to another location. Those morning employees are worth their weight in gold and uhaul should hold on to them for dear life. I would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be back!

Was greeted with we're not open, no good morning or nothing. Both white guy and black girl rude. Need to be trained on how to give good customer service. The guy that waited on me was great!!!! When I came back, she was like you can go, I told her, I wanted my total. She has a bad attitude. Guess she was hungry, because she just had some taco bell delivered.

The staff as this location is consistently friendly and one of 2 preferred local UHaul locations I will use.
The management is on point, and I'm so happy to see that one of their employees was promoted to GM. She continues the history of excellence that I experience when I regularly rent from UHaul. All safety checks are performed, the equipment is well maintained, and they're very helpful during the hookup process. 10/10 stars. A model location.

I was very pleased with this location. In and out, vehicle in good shape. I only needed for a few hours and the representative made it easy and pain free. I'll go back here if the need arises
