Don’t use UPS.
I sent a package to my brother recently, then it was stolen, I suspect by a UPS Driver, for the destination was very secure, and the package had a sharp clean cut, and the item removed from the packaging.
I filed a claim, but UPS said “Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation, we are unable to approve the claim because the
packaging did not meet UPS standards according to the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions.”
But I used a UPS Package. How is it not meeting standards?!
And UPS Is letting their employees steal whatever they want without care.
Go with someone else. Not UPS!

Love this spot, zero issues here! In fact very excellent customer service. Not sure why the reviews are low. Manager on site, great employees (wish I remember their names). My go to spot for mailing packages. Thanks UPS for managing this location well!

Hands down the best UPS Store! Everyone is always friendly, kind, helpful. They remember all of us Amazon return regulars & will share their tape, occasionally even give a box or bag to help out.

I went there today around 12:30pm for printing and shipping.. the ladies at the front desk were so nice, helpful, and efficient! That was one of the best customer services I ever had!!!

My mother and I share a mailbox at this location. All of her junk mail is being delivered to the box, but all of her important papers have disappeared, including her medical papers, Social Security papers, SIM Card and her banking card. It has been going on for months now. It first started in August of 2024 when USPS delivered her SIM Card to this store and the people who work here told us they don't have it.
We want answers because this looks very deliberate considering all her junk mail makes it into the box but all of her important papers are missing. When you ask someone who works there about it, they claim they can't find anything.
We're considering going to consumer affairs or the FTC.

I usually use this place for Amazon returns, but I have never had an issue with walking in and having stuff shipped out quick, fast, and in a hurry .

Phones always busy or no answer or put you on long holds. Internet at this location is down 80 percent of the time I’m there so nothing gets done.
