Never been to another UPS store but I wouldn't want to. The employee was so nice and helped me through my Amazon returns. It took 5 minutes. She was great and so helpful.

I walked in your store this morning with a package and the mixed female with glasses was very rude & unfriendly! She should maybe considered getting a NEW job if she doesn’t like this current employment for UPS at this location. Because it’s Customer Service and you never know what anyone is going through and everyone should be treated equally and kind. Not talk to or belittle by an employee. Whom, instead of being nice to the customer, she’s talking about following someone on Instagram, social media site, being very rude and ignoring the customers that are standing in line right in front of her! I will be speaking to the manager TODAY! The other guy was so pleasant and so sweet and was helping everyone. Someone needs to talk to this girl or she may need to go through training again!

By far the BEST UPS location. The manager is always so friendly and handles all of my packages with care! Never run into any shipping errors when I drop off here.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady working there today because she was absolutely wonderful. Very kind, patient and helpful especially with the bit of a grumpy guy that walked in and cut the line. This location also seemed to everything needed and signs to help with Amazon returns and everything.

The UPS Store at 1215 Military Highway is a wonderful location to do business. I am always able to get impeccable customer service within less than 10 and sometimes 7 minutes. I plan to come to this location for all my UPS transactions even though I live on Chesapeake some 25 miles away.
Unfortunately, the location near me on Victory Blvd does not have the best customer service, timing and has actually misplaced an Amazon return of mine.
This location is by far my favorite to deal with.

Beware of this store the manager will charge you for packing and materials then throw your items in used Amazon boxes that they keep in the back of the store. Also he’ll bribe you with free tape if you leave a good review. Targets customers that don’t clearly understand or that are older by selling them things that they don’t need. Misleads you on shipping dates in hopes that you would choose the more expensive options

This UPS Store is very accommodating and the employees are very nice. Their software was down and Amazon QR codes couldn’t be scanned, but they took the time to walk me through a different process and didn’t charge for the box and shipping label.

The staff is NOT helpful. Talk very disrespect. I will not recommend this for anyone. They need to learn to talk nice and help . Special that woman , she NOT need to have that job make people running away . So bad was close to me house .
