I use to get my packages delivered here. I would pick them up until one of packages was stolen from this location. I recently had to go into this location for a transaction and I saw the missing item on the employee’s feet. These shoes were a gift for a family member and he’s walking around wearing them. Beware of having items shipped to this location. Customer service is pretty good here but stealing packages is unacceptable!

You have to pay for TAPE. Post office will take all you need for FREE lol. This is CRAZY. $5 for a quick piece of tape. Going to Walmart to grab me cheap tape. Inconvenient. Brought orginal packaging back and all. I wouldn’t even come to this location if I had to it’s the worst Location I’ve ever been to and not just because of the tape
I’ve had multiple bad experiences here where I’m traumatized that I even have to walk to the door. Y’all really know how to care about your customers

problematic driver who refuses to knock or ring the doorbell, doesn't even attempt to deliver package. just rolls up, writes a pickup memo, and walks away. attempted to pick up twice from the store 2 days in a row and it wasn't around. I'm not going a third time and requested a refund. I don't got time for all that.

Disappointed printed 2 documents was charged $4 black and white document thought that should have costed $.50 paid it but was disappointed.
They charge $3.50 for them to use their machine to print it, I could have easily used my phone if ur system was setup correctly.

BEST Customer Service Experience I’ve had in some time. Greeted by all 3 Team members when entering store, immediately offered assistance. Quick in and out and the cost was reasonable Clerk had a smile on his face the entire time. I will definitely be returning.

Christopher and Destiny were super kind and helpful helping my wife and I witness and notarize our Wills. Christopher has helped us several times before and is always super nice, patient, and polite. This is our go to postal location.

I visited the location today to drop off two boxes from the same company. Upon entering, I was greeted by a tall white fat male working at the front desk. I presented him with a barcode, and he informed me that I required an additional barcode due to the two separate boxes. I attempted to explain that although they were separate boxes, I had only received one barcode. He stated that while they could still ship the items, they would need to charge me for an extra box to put everything in. I responded by asking if they had a complimentary box that I could use. He replied that I would need to purchase an additional box or locate one elsewhere. As there was another customer at the counter attending to her delivery, I left and pulled over by the Verizon store to check if I had a spare box in my trunk. Someone approached me and offered to provide a box and tape, which they had obtained from the store. The lady who had been at the counter had given me a box and tape, saving me considerable time and energy that would have been spent driving the two miles back home, as this was the only UPS location in the area. Unfortunately, I did not catch the lady's name, but I would like to express my gratitude for her kindness and generosity.

My friend was expecting to receive my gift in Georgia, but she got a different item instead. So, I went to the UPS store to address the issue, and we discovered that my package was still there—unpacked and still in its plastic bag. Big thanks to Jazz for assisting me today!
