Sent some lights back to the factory in Shenzhen, China, that I received from the Amazon Vine Program. Seller is sending a replacement set for the original faulty product, and for my troubles of sending them back, they are also sending a complimentary set. Don't deal with Amazon. Use the Messaging Assistant to contact the seller directly. If you need to send them an email where you can be reached, print it out and take a picture of it to send in an attachment. Amazon will block phone numbers and email addresses. Write reviews on products you get from Amazon and take pictures. They might invite you to the Amazon Vine Voice program.

They never answer the phone. Don't expect it to ever work, I've been calling for days and it either hangs right up, goes straight to voice-mail, or says that the voice-mail is full THEN hangs up. Don't expect to get anything sorted out unless you go in person. Hopefully you have transportation or live nearby.

The absolute unbelievable terrible service by the 6 foot tall white “manager” man!! Even if your policy is to charge me for packing my own box inside your store you could have addressed it nicer! He was rude and “SASSY” .. I’ve very thankful that UPS has 30 locations within 10 miles, lol..

I was having trouble getting some things printed and copied yesterday at this store. I was already struggling with the heat, and standing in one place for a while (due to a medical condition), and the extra stress of fighting the copier was too much. I felt a syncopal episode coming on and wound up on the floor in front of the copier for quite a while, trying to stay conscious. A young man who works there, whose name I think was Ronnie, was very helpful. He brought me cold water, finished printing my documents for me, and was very kind. Kudos to him! I hope I got his name right.

This UPS store is so amazing!! I have been here several times to ship packages and helped by the same friendly young man each time. One day I shipped a heavy package to my mother in law and it only cost $30 and the very next day I shipped a much lighter item from the UPS store on military highway just 1 thing I had forgotten in her package. It was a fraction of the weight and they charged me $50!! I was late for work so I went ahead that day but never again. So today I came to mail another package and forgot my phone and Ronnie the gentleman who works there came running out to the parking lot to catch me before I left! This store is really just the best UPS in Norfolk. The staff is amazing and they have the best prices. Parking is difficult at times but just park over by Verizon if you don’t want anyone parking next to you.

I am so tired of coming here and leaving without getting any help. The last three times I’ve come here for amazon returns, the staff refused to be helpful. Ive been told that I have to buy packing material for returns, and that they cannot print labels. I am so sick and tired of the rude, lazy staff at this location. Instead of working with me to find a good solution to my problem they talk down to me and shrug.

Great fast service. Sometimes there’sa lot of people but that’s just timing. Usually get in and out in 3 minutes for Amazon returns.

I’ve been working on a claim for 2 months now. They legit Dodge my calls, they “take down my name and number” and nobody ever calls me back.Update: I have to *67 to get them to answer the phone every single time. Finally got them to answer and look at that my claim check was ready the next day. Coincidence?

Every visit I have made for a notary I get excuses why they cannot do the job. Their system is down, the notary is not present. If you are advertising a service then you should have that service available during the hours you are open for business.

I had the best experience this morning with this store. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in by Emonie who put down what she was doing to help me at the counter. I never returned an Amazon package through UPS before without the packaging and shipping label all ready to go. This time I just had a barcode on my iPhone and the products I needed to ship back. No box, no papers. Emonie knew exactly what to do and I was in and out in less then 2 min. She also gave me some coupons. The friendliest customer service experience I’ve ever had in my 42 years of life. She needs a raise and needs to train every employee to be just like her. 5 stars all the way! I will be a forever customer.

Literally can call 7 days in a row every hour of every day and they will not answer the phone or help you some how over the phone. What a shame when they have a number listed and I’m disabled this is a problem for me

I understand you have many large packages and cannot fit anything else.They said the computers were down but they just didn't have space!!You didn't have space for item that is flat and smaller than a bag of chips ❓‼️ However, I was told they could not take any packages. I'm literally looking at the packages and my package is smaller than a bag of chips and weighs less than an ounce..This poor service today was totally UNACCEPTABLE . I get it you just didn't want to work!

Charged me 15.54 just to send a small watch box back to Fossil. They said it was prices went up for Christmas. I said what if it wasn't Christmas and I used the while 30 days.The clerk said it be about half or 10.00. I wasn't rushing the return to be there by Christmas. I'm ticked. Usually this particular store treats us well. But they let the Grinch in.
