This branch is apparently very irresponsible when handling packages. Their courier reported my package delivered and I received nothing. Even checked every other door in my apartment complex in case they made an honest mistake. Nothing. Checked with the folks at the front desk, still nothing. Now I am left without a protective case for my brand new $2,000 phone, scratching my head. Made a formal complaint to usps website, got a voicemail from Downs who said to call back. Called back dozens of times during working hours without an answer. The only thing I've been told so far is what I already knew: the package says delivered and my address is printed on the package. Does anyone have advice on how to hold these folks accountable for my lost package?

This place is pretty bad, they have cost me so much money. My package made it all the way from California to this usps and somehow they lost a package containing 1000+ worth of costumer merchandise. And all they had to say was, file a claim or call the shipping company, otherwise good luck. SMH this is outlandish.

She was very polite, explained things, took my photo and affirmed everything with me and I sugned my app and its is off to be processed. Everyone was great! Hats off to them! Keep up the great work everybody! All the love right back at you guys!

My girlfriend has been having trouble with mail for some time now. The staff at the counter are very rude to her. The manager is incompetent. They must be trying to get fired.

New person at front desk...very helpful. My favorite postman is out of this office. I like this location...revisit if you had a hard time, you'll be happy this go round.

I purposely avoid coming to this particular post office unless I absolutely have to. The experience is completely dependent on which postal worker you get at the counter, and frankly, it’s just not worth dealing with the attitude. If you don’t want to talk to people or provide basic customer service, then maybe working in a customer-facing role isn’t the right fit. It’s frustrating to walk in needing help and walk out feeling like an inconvenience.

I want to thank OV post office for it's iconic and presence as a Solid Standing Memory of my Step Father Henry, the man referenced in dozens of these mixed reviews, he took his job seriously and wanted to make sure each customer walked away with the knowledge they needed to either love him or hate him. God bless his soul as he rests well knowing how much he meant to you, and your visits to the OV post office, give'em hell Henry!! 🌟🎯

Went in to retrieve a package that was set to be delivered today but was delayed in transit, and the tracking showed it had arrived at the post office. The last time this occurred I was able to pick up the package with no issues, however I was met with nothing but attitude from the front desk clerk this time, who told me that she was not going to look for it, but if I wanted to, she could get the manager who would likely tell me the same thing. When the manager came out, I was met with more attitude and told that they would not get my package and I would have to wait until it gets delivered tomorrow. I asked one more time if they were going to help me, and I was told no & the manager walked off without another word. Do not expect to be helped if you walk through the doors of this place.

Came here with one my daughter to set up a PO Box. The worker behind the desk was completely rude and disrespectful to the elderly gentleman she was “helping.” When he asked a question, she responded with sarcasm. When he struggled with using the credit card machine, she began to huff and puff, while rolling her eyes. Finally she asked another patron with disdain, “Ma’am, can you just help him figure it out?!?” To treat any customer like this is bad enough, but an elderly person? We will not be doing business here.

1. Incompetent- I ordered a package for my class (live caterpillars) as a last science activity before school let out for the summer. It was set to arrive at the school and we were excited. I saw my tracking number say it was delivered to the porch, etc, however,it was NOT. I am marked by this post office has delivered and I have nothing. The cameras were checked and NO ONE came anywhere near our school. And I can't call anyone because YOU ARE CLOSED on the weekend. So, I am trying to call when you open...and CAN'T because the number is non-working. Which brings me #2
2. Please get a real phone number listed. Not everyone can get to to you. This is a fax number!
3. Our caterpillars are probably somewhere dead now...so thanks for that as well.

Don't make appt for passport here. The website let you pick this place, but they can't process. You would waste your time.

I’m tired of coming to this post office. Why work in customer service if you’re gonna be rude every time. I get the same rude lady that acts like she’s being forced to work there.
