I’m tired of coming to this post office. Why work in customer service if you’re gonna be rude every time. I get the same rude lady that acts like she’s being forced to work there.

Don't make an appointment to get a passport here. They will just send you to the courthouse. Hope this will save many of you not to waste a trip!

Very rude lady this morning, she had a very nasty attitude and didn’t help me at all when I tried sending a package overseas. That will be my last time coming to this post office, I ended up leaving with my package

I am extremely annoyed with USPS right now specially this one post office. I ordered something and by mistake I put the wrong address. I realized my mistake when it was too late to be changed however I called the post office and they said they would leave a note so that when it came back in they could fix it for me. They were not able to fix it and it ended up being sent back to the senders which is fine except it didn't it went all the way back to NC the senders said they never received it and on the tracking it says it came back and was out for delivery again! And till this day it still says out for delivery since September 2nd. I can't call them because no one pick up. I am so fed up with this where is my package USPS? Y'all are absolutely unhelpful.

Henry, man, please retire. Your antics aren’t funny anymore. We are trying to conduct business, not get lectured and talked to like we’re children.

Sorry to whoever gets Henry the old man as their teller. This guy makes running a small business a headache. Always has the line out the door because he wants to spew politics, talk about women or condescend people shipping APO packages. His attitude towards customers is appalling. What makes it worse is your co worker apologizing for his behavior. I’m surprised he hasn’t gotten fired yet.

Was told my mailbox key would be ready Friday… now the manager is telling me it would have been impossible to be ready by Friday.. Just wasted 45+ minutes waiting in line & listening to Henry talk about everything except doing his job. Just for my key to not be ready. Terrible management & employees. Disgrace to our government & country that they pay these people + benefits. Needs to be shut down & studied by other USPS on how to NOT OPERATE. I would rather walk my packages cross country than bring another one here.

Worst USPS I have been to in my 10+ years of consistently shipping packages (business)There’s only ever 1 person working the front & it’s always a SENIOR CITIZEN. He likes to flirt with women, joke about health conditions, aliens, pretty much fraternize about anything except for DOING HIS JOB..You’re better off driving 30 minutes to the next USPS than being disrespected out of your time!! & forced to stand there & listen to the most uncomfortable conversations.

Had an amazing experience getting my passport paperwork sent off! It helped that I'd printed the completed paperwork and made copies of applicable documents beforehand.Henry was incredibly helpful and was able to get us out quickly because we made his job easier. He was chatty and entertaining. This was the best customer service I have received anywhere. I highly recommend this place for passport application. As long as you fill out and print the forms in advance and bring the identification proofs you need, it will be a painless and quick visit.

I like coming here. Sometimes it's busy, which is just how post offices get. People complain about Henry. The impression I get is that he cares deeply about the work he does and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. He'll treat you how you treat him. He's a stickler about process, which is the mark of a good civil servant. If he's curt with you, imagine working at the post office for decades and having to repeat yourself over and over when the information is readily available virtually everywhere but nobody reads it. You'd be curt and have rough days too (à la Bukowski).

I arrived at this location around 1030Am. I didn’t make my transaction until 11:04 AM. When I first arrived, there was a young lady in front of me at the counter, doing her transaction. It was taking awfully longer than usual, because her package was going overseas to a valued service member of our great country. The clerk was so impatient and rude to her. The printer was taking much longer than usual to print the other clerk on the other side of the desk. His name was Mr. Henry belittled, and made her feel like she didn’t know the address in which the package was going to. He made her feel so very small by stating that if the person that the package was going to Had any questions or concerns as to what he was saying then they could call him at the post office and ask for Henry. All the young lady was trying to do was sent off her package to her service member. You can tell that the young lady was embarrassed because by this time the post office line was full with maybe 10 or more guests waiting . Mr. Henry did not even try to open up another register because he was too busy working on something else instead of trying to help the other clerk with the growing line. I felt so sorry for the young lady. Even after the young lady left Mr. Henry and the clerk continued to talk about her stating that’s why the printer froze up on her because she didn’t have the right address. As a fellow service member I understood that the address APO AP or FPO AE can be tricky because of the customs form etc but that is no reason for clerk 66 and Mr. Henry to be rube to the customer. I live in Ocean View but I will purposefully go over to the Granby street location because I ever come back to this location again.
