Taylor helped me in the Norfolk, Colley Ave store. I disconnected my new phone accidentally while information was transferring from an old phone. He was very kind and obliging to get it running again. He also advised me on some important stuff occurring in Norfolk tomorrow but I live in Portsmouth. This was very out of the box and helpful to protect me and my family. He was, overall, a great customer service representative and a friendly individual. You are fortunate to have him on board.

Taylor rocks! My elderly mother needed a new plan and phone, and he was able to walk me through the steps so that she has what she needs. Good customer service is rare these days and he knows how to provide it!

I came in to get some help troubleshooting my wife’s new phone and was kindly greeted by both Andrew and Anthony. While it was Andrew who assisted me in getting my issue resolved (he did a fantastic job by the way) I also must say that Anthony was also very polite and professional too. The two of them are excellent salesmen and VERY good at what they do. I will gladly be coming back to this location for all my future needs with Verizon!
