The staff here are extremely nice, knowledgeable and are very nice to kids while setting up phone service. They turned on the tv for kids and were very patient.

Sat in the store for 30 minutes before I was helped . I wasn’t even spoken to . The the lady with dreads took a walk in Customer that came in 20 minutes after I had been sitting there waiting . And still didn’t make a look in my direction until after she helped them . Very very rude .

My wife and I stopped by the store on Hampton Blvd in Nprfolk and we were met by Mr. Mark Chapman. He politely welcomed us into the store and asked us what we wanted. He did a splendid job at being patient with us, he was quite the professional, soft spoken, and friendly. He worked tirelessly to ensure she and I were well taken care of and that our new phones were working perfectly before we did the factory reset on our old phones. We were extremely pleased with Mark and we look forward to working with him in the future if need be. Overall a great experience with the VZW sales associates and this store.
