Literally the worst local pharmacy. They do not answer their phones, have horrible customer service, and take twice as long as the next pharmacy to fill any prescription (including a different Walgreens a few miles away). I know that they cannot do much about corporate keeping them understaffed, but definitely do not recommend filling any medication‘s here.

I use to go out of my way to come to this location as they seemed to perform way above the others, but that has changed. The employees are always unhappy, and burned out. I can hear and feel the annoyance over the phone when I call about my medication, and the wait to pick it up is so long you could bring a meal and be done by the time you’re next. I called about a medication yesterday and remedied the issue that it was waiting on and was told it would be ready after 11:00am. The day ends and it’s not ready, only to find it saying action needed, so I call again, and I’m told they’re waiting on it to come in. The guy over the phone yesterday checked on supply before saying it would be ready after 11:00, so why today I’m being told it’s not in and might be in later today or tomorrow, is crazy. It feels like being given the runaround constantly. Corporate Walgreens needs to step up on how to make the environment better for these employees because the morale is way down. I understand bad days, but this is every time. Treatment for anything urgent will be delayed at this location so make sure you call and ask if they have it so that you can move it somewhere else if they don’t. Most of the time, they will not contact you.

Suzon at the pharmacy was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. They filled out the prescription as fast as they said they would too.

Suzan in the pharmacy (i hope i spelled her name correctly) was FANTASTIC. She was so sweet and i know i held up the line trying to get my savings card to work for a prescription that i desperately needed, but she worked on it till she got it to work. I came in the other day and a guy just said the savings card wont work for them. I was upset only because i was in pain. So before i gave up on getting my medication, i thought i would try again. I explained what happened previously and she was relentless on finding a way to get the system to take the savings card. After a little bit she got it to work. I am so so thankful because ive been in pain so I really needed this. Even though i know they have been swamped and dealing with endless lines, she was an absolute sweetheart and joy to work with. I hope everyone is patient with this location since they have been getting swamped lately, because these great employees are really trying to do their best. Thank you so so much!

It used to be a great pharmacy but since they reopened I've had nothing but issues getting prescriptions filled. Hours-long hold times on the phone, having to call to verify multiple times that my refills are being filled, being told they will follow up with no follow-through, hang-ups after finally getting through when they try to transfer you to the pharmacist you were told to ask for. I'm moving all my prescriptions because I just can't trust that they will get filled here anymore.

I recently visited the Walgreens pharmacy, and my experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The store itself was well-stocked with essentials, and the layout made it easy to find what I needed. The pharmacy staff was generally helpful, and the pharmacist took the time to answer my questions about my prescription. I appreciated that they double-checked potential interactions and provided clear instructions on dosage.
However, the wait time at the pharmacy was longer than expected. Even though I had called ahead, I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes before my prescription was ready. I understand that pharmacies can get busy, but better communication about wait times would be helpful. Additionally, the drive-thru service could be more efficient—I noticed a long line that barely moved.
On the plus side, the store was clean, and the cashiers were friendly. I also liked that Walgreens offers a good selection of over-the-counter medications, making it a convenient one-stop shop. Overall, it’s a decent pharmacy, but improving wait times and streamlining the pickup process would make it even better.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Longest wait time in the drive thru. Blow up your phone to pick up your prescription. No customer service. One would think they’re understaffed, thus the drive thru line. Walk into the pharmacy and there are about 5 people scrambling behind the counter.
They encourage folks to use the app. I requested for a (ready for pick up) medication to be delivered to my house in the morning. The status of my order said pending until about 4pm. I finally call the store once I’m off work and they tell me that they don’t use the delivery service because it’s usually über eats drivers that will only deliver if they see a tip on the order? Why would you encourage people to utilize an app when your pharmacy does not provide the services listed?
Will be changing pharmacies after a year of giving them a chance.

Always understaffed, takes an hour for 2 cars to get through the drive thru, assuming they even notice you're there. Get your prescriptions elsewhere. I watched staff walk by multiple times. I had to call for them to even notice there were cars at the drive thru window.
