Once again they didn't have my prescription ready when they said it would be. I have never used a pharmacy so poorly run with uncaring staff in my life. I'm going to move everything to another pharmacy even though it is further away. Do yourself a favor and don't use them!

I was shocked when I saw the customers giving the staff a hard time . They were expecting the staff to know every detail of their health plan. They were angry when they had to meet a deductible.
Staff was very busy, professional and eager to please they can't be expected to know every detail of thousands of health plans. I was impressed with the fact that they told me how to call tri-care and get an exception because I was going on vacation. That reduced my out of pocket to almost zero from $400.00.

I understand that pharmacies get busy, but this pharmacy is notorious for putting you on terminal hold when you call and Do not even bother to check in and say “it’ll just be a few more minutes”. They treat every patient with chronic pain prescribed an opiate as if they are drug addicts. They have nasty attitudes toward them. They will tell you that they are going to fill a prescription and you can pick it up at a certain time, 15 minutes before you’re supposed to pick it up. They will cancel the prescription because they don’t have it in stock. But you wouldn’t know that unless you call and ask them why they canceled it. Whenever your doctor calls and

I'd have to concur that the pharmacy staff is rude but it's honestly only one lady in particular. Idk if she's the manager (no name on the reciept) or what but once she knows you take a controlled substance, it's a wrap. I shouldn't have to explain my disability/condition to justify the medications my doctors, the same doctor each time, chooses to prescribe for me. Then I think about how comfortable she is talking to customers that way, I can only imagine how she treats the staff. I just hope that she is kind outside of work but I doubt it.

If I could sue this pharmacy I would. It’s been at least 10 times that I have received text message confirmations voicemails and even called in and got verbal confirmations of my prescriptions being filled only to drive almost an hour away to be told they don’t have it or it’s not in stock. Then apologizes by saying the computer sends them out automatically and workers don’t check inventory. So many occasions I have wasted endless hours dealing with this pharmacy who doesn’t seem to care if there patients receive the medications they need.

Don't order delivery from this location if you need the items same day. Such a disappointment.I need a couple items today not tomorrow. I can pick it up myself tomorrow. Never ordering delivery from this location again

I have been waiting a week for a medication issue to get resolved only to find out through Google that the pharmacy is temporarily closed. Patients need to be made aware of closures so they can get needed medications filled. Hopefully another location can resolve it before I am out of doses tonight.

World slowest Walgreens. Literally was in line for 1hr and 10 mins.
Honestly, I feel bad because the workers seem kind, just not fully staffed.
