The make-up section in this store (amongst other things) is a complete s*** show! The cameras ding every time you take a step on and within the aisles. The make-up looks like someone tried on every package. The racks are in disarray. The brands are mixed. Most items have been opened or empty. OBVIOUSLY no one works to maintain order in this section!! Arrrrrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Frequently, grocery carts are stray along the E Little Creek Rd and Tidewater Drive area of this dumpy WalMart! WalMart is a multi billion dollar company--can't you even afford radio controlled carts from leaving your store perimeter? I called the store two weeks ago about a sighting of about two dozens WalMart carts on the southbound entrance ramp to Tidewater Drive from E Little Creek Rd. No manager even picked up the phone! Next, I called the 800 line WalMart to relay this "store experience" they took the incident. Still, nothing done by this repugnantly lazy store in Norfolk! Then, I sent an email through the website portal. STILL, nothing done! Finally, I called the City of Norfolk and they will proceed to fine this store with abandon property on city property of which the sidewalk to the roadway curb IS city property! Totally lazy bums! Target stores would not allow this grotesque laziness!

To me personally Walmart is just Walmart... There's nothing fabulous about this location. Customer service is always horrible. So you already know what to expect when you walk in the doors. But I do like coming to Walmart. I usually come early in the morning to avoid the crowd. I don't suggest anyone to come two hours before they are closing. Cause you'll have to be prepared for only one line to be open with 50 people waiting in that one line. And don't let the super couponers be out for a night on the town. Lol! The line will be longer.... Just saying.. Smh! But what can I say! It's Walmart! Now Walmart is very convenient for reasonable buys on food, home decor, tires, toys, bedding, bathroom accessories, and so much more. But what I definitely will not purchase at Walmart is meat or seafood.... Omg! I've seen meat items in the baby section of Walmart or in the bedding section. So when it comes to certain products at Walmart. I just would not purchase it... I usually just come to this location for my dog food. Cause the dog section is located right next to the garden section. So its basically in and out for me. Depending how long the line is in the garden section. But this Walmart is convenient next to everything basically. But be prepared for the attitudes and the go find it yourself demeanor from the staff members.

I don't normally like going to Wal-Mart... As soon as I walk in I usually feel stressed... it is always busy and overwhelming... However, I have been using the grocery pick up service over the past few months and have to say, I am a fan! I love grocery shopping on the app from home. It is free too! With a nearly 1 year old at home this simplifies my life and prevents a mid grocery shopping baby melt down. My most recent trip prompted me to write a review, because I was very impressed with the service. It was a very rainy day when I was picking up with one guy literally running back and forth to bring the groceries to the cars. It was a busy day for him but he had such a strong sense of urgency, remained calm, made sure he got everyone taken care of and maintained a positive attitude. I helped him load the groceries into the car to speed things up; he told me I didn't have to, but I insisted. He said he volunteered this role that day and someone inside was loading everything up for him so he could make the runs to the cars. He was also concerned about keeping groceries dry. I was grateful that he made going to get the groceries on a gloomy day a positive and overall good experience. Generally speaking, the produce and meat selected have been excellent and very fresh. When they have to substitute an item for another item, they charge only the original amount of what you chose, but usually give you more or a better item. While I avoid Walmart when I can, I am an advocate for the grocery pick up service.

Typical Walmart. Came here to do some shopping for my job (I'm a teacher). Most things were easy to find though there were slim pickings for most. Slim pickings meaning not much variety & also very few of the specific product available. Checkout was smooth, out cashier was great. She made sure to check my ID and everything to make sure we were frauds, Lol. Which I can appreciate that they're doing their job! Greeters also as you enter/leave.

This location is always crowded. It really doesn't matter what time you go. There is even a line in self check out. It closes at midnite. I do like the evening staff better than the day staff. They are more cordial and attentive. Thanks the skeleton crew too I saw them restocking

I really can't stand going to WM...especially this one. It isn't the cleanest or most organized WM. It is always super busy and crowded because they usually only have a couple registers open. I will never understand why WM does that. That's the biggest complaint from customers...the lack of open registers. Other than that, the customer service was blah! Nothing to write home about. The staff doesn't speak when you walk through the door or when you walk out. They have the nerve to act like Costco checking your receipt when you walk out. I can't stand coming here as is. I don't want to wait all day to be rang up or to walk out the door after I pay. They need to do better! I'm being really nice by giving them 3 stars!

Would give less than one star if I could! Avoid at all costs! Worst Walmart I've ever been to- and as a Navy wife, I've been to many, all over the country. *Plan on 20 minutes to check out *Customer service desk ladies giggle when a customer is upset about an issue- like children! *items ring up incorrectly, and they don't seem to care! I swear it's like stepping into a third world country. You've been warned.

Went in for a simple oil change with only one car before me at 8am. My car was pulled into the garage about 830 and just sat in the garage until it was lifted at 915. Waited so long that I had to ask for manager and find out why it was taking so long. Here is my thing if you post that you open at 7am, then be open at that time. The manager then tells me that they only had one tech the whole time until about 9am. Can someone let me know when that became my concern that you didn't have your department covered properly.

Shitty customer service. Nothing is ever stocked. Never clean. Wish they would just put more self checkouts so no one has to "disturb" the cashiers.

Got there about two, it was not packed. The service was friendly and sociable. The bill was decent for the quality. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.

This Walmart is always terrible. They never have what we need in stock. The customer service is always solidly okay at best and that's being generous. I've gotten clearance items that they charge me full price for so I have to return them. We've currently been sitting in line for 20 minutes no exaggeration. It's ridiculous.
