Very displeased with this location. Came in to purchase a Battery for my vehicle and a simple 90 piece mechanic set to change said battery. I waited for over 30 min for help to unlock the glass case and then I proceeded to the front to purchase my battery. The attendants at the self checkout asked if anyone came to help. I said no and continued to purchase my battery. I will not go to this location again. But thanks to the front attendants who attempted to help locate someone. Time was 6:08pm to 6:45pm

A bit stressed getting in and out of parking lot just because so many people coming/going all the time. Store experience is good except most checkout is now self-service.

this walmart is a joke. the girl working at customer service refused to accept my return for a tv mount, suggesting she can’t make returns on electronics. i told her it’s not electronic, it’s just a metal mount. she replied “well there’s a picture of a tv on it so it’s electronics”….. what??? are you joking??! had to go back another day for an iPad charger. all electronic items are locked in cases and there were no workers nearby to unlock any cases. a cop walked by so i asked her if she knew where any workers were and i was told “the electronics section closes at 7pm” yet there’s no sign for that anywhere. she said i could maybe find someone at customer service who would unlock it but that it was unlikely. after my previous customer service experience, that wasn’t happening. so i drove across the street to target and had no issues. i highly suggest you avoid this walmart at all costs. drive the extra 10 min to go to walmart in town center. ?

Worst store I’ve ever been too, organization is putrid, inventories are all wrong. When I check the app or online it says the item is in stock, and I can even do curbside pick up, but in fact the item is not in stock anywhere, disgrace of a company. Last time i will ever shop at a Walmart.
