My boyfriend and I came to this wawa a few weeks ago and had a pretty pleasant experience, we were able to find everything that we needed and the store as a whole was very nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly too.

Definitely the worst Wawa I’ve ever set foot in. Desperately needs a visit/help from corporate.
Food cooler was empty and shut off,
lighting is dim and uninviting,
bathrooms are in a very sad state.
Sandwich was smushed and almost impossible to eat
Not the Wawa experience I typically enjoy

The lunch rush needs to be handle more efficiently. Every time I come here for lunch it’s 1 or two people in the back making a bunch of orders which causes confusion and mistakes on orders. I order a salad and it only did they didn’t make it they erased it off the menu. It wasn’t anyone at the salad station to even make the salad. It’s always an issue with this particular WAWA. They refunded my money for the salad, but they also wasted 30mins of my time and most of my lunch break. This is a normal occurrence with issues at this particular store. They seem under staffed and extremely slow when making orders. His will be my last time coming to this particular store. I will be going to a different WAWA because I know it’s just this one.

This evening around 6:30pm, I had the unfortunate experience of being a customer of Candice. If I wouldn’t have spoken, she wouldn’t have said anything at all. I was very pleasant and was waiting for a thank you, that never came. I said thank you and she mumbles, “uh hmm”. I could tell she was acting differently to the black people in line, being friendly, then, the white people, just rudely. I come here often and usually every one is good!! The lady who made my sandwich, was nice and said thank you. An older white lady. Maybe Candice was having a bad day or at the end of her shift, but to me, that’s no excuse for being rude. If you can’t treat everyone the same, then you shouldn’t be in Customer Service!!! Thanks for the good sandwich and poor service!!!

Service for me is normally pretty well,today I stopped in and got a build your own salad, ? the associate did her thing, hands down, THANK YOUUU,definitely glad I stopped by.
