First off, the gas pumps are always well-maintained and typically have competitive pricing, which is a huge plus, especially in this area. Inside, the store is consistently clean and well-lit, a welcome sight after a long drive or a busy day.
But where Wawa truly shines is its made-to-order food. The touch-screen ordering system is intuitive and efficient, letting you customize everything from your coffee to your hoagie with ease. The breakfast sandwiches are a lifesaver on busy mornings, and their hoagies are a consistent, fresh, and satisfying option for lunch or dinner. I haven't had the best experiences here but a young man who works at this location was the nicest person I've met in a long time and provided excellent service. He gives me hope, and literally the only reason im doing this is bc he really touched my heart with his organic kindness

I walked in and the was a smell was unreal. I knew I needed a shower but darn it was stinky in there. Like rotten something. 😩

People making coffee made me a pure sugar ice coffee that didn’t even look like coffee and was very disrespectful when asked to correct it politely. Asked for her name , but she got scared and said no I don’t need to tell u my name . Definitely not coming back

Don't come here to charge your car. There's only 2 chargers, one is broken, and they're not as fast as advertised. Just avoid Norfolk all together if you have an electric vehicle.

Most time I visit this location, I feel unsafe. They allow panhandlers to wait around the door, opening doors and asking for money. While they might not mean harm, I still only stop here if I’m in a rush or with my husband.

I go to this wawa in the mornings headed into work. Everyone is nice and pleasant BUT there's alot of homless people standing at the doors hounding and hounding customers every morning. They make people feel uncomfortable. There have been young ladies asking employees to walk them to there car because they feel uncomfortable with the homeless people there. I had a man follow me to my work truck and kept asking me for money and food. I will probably stip going to that wawa because of that reason.

Went in for cigarettes and came outside, and some guy by trashcan kept making threats with gestures . The staff let this guy stay on property and told cop I had to leave. Bathrooms are terrible, and service sucked. All toilets have been urinated on, and some still remained unflushed. Not been back since that day. Never again. Do yourself a favor and don't come in there.

Lazy people in this store close down food Service area Earlier than 12 AM., Not the first time they do this it’s a going to matter. They are getting paid to do nothing stealing time from this establishment. Employees are lazy and don’t like to work close down a service that 24 hours.

The bathrooms are always disgusting. They need to get on a schedule to make sure that they toilets, floors and sinks are cleaned and the toilet paper and soap are stocked. There's only like 2 or 3 people here who are actually nice

Caucasion heavier set female employee with red hair and was wearing a green shirt today is just a plain awful person. Y'all need to re evaluate your staff.
