It’s about the air pumps yall might as well 🛑 giving that service because everyone of the air pumps in the whole tidewater area is either broken or missing part this is sad Wawa has fallen and isn’t picking back up

Strange rule: Wawa charges for a cup of ice but free if it's ice water... please tell me how that makes sense? Especially why you charge at all considering its a Wawa thing to not charge for a cup of ice or water everywhere else in the world. Anyways, the lady we interacted with was super pleasant and kind. Her delivery of this info was very considerate and respectful. Maybe have her train your other employees who have piss poor attitudes and don't wanna work or even be friendly. Friendliness is basic. Get it together

Stopped at this Wawa off of military. I can’t believe they have empty shelves everywhere. No drinks that normally all the Wawa‘s ever have no milkshakes available. I feel like I’m at a McDonald’s with the shake machines always out. I’ve never seen a Wawa this bad! I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m gonna go across the street to Royal Farms! Come on Wawa what’s going on over here? The only thing good about this one is they have a bathroom that works.

I came here multiple times and they were closed. I think the employees close whenever😞 they feel like.

It's 11:15am on a Sunday.
The glory that is WaWa, for those privileged enough to know it, does *NOT* exist at this WaWa... not today anyhow.
* Caffeinated beverages machine in disarray...
* Bathroom cleanliness _barely_ passable...
* Coffee prep center sticky, dirty, and under-stocked and all trash drop holes are full or beyond full
Very disappointing.
Unless you're just grabbing smokes, choose a different location.

Wasn't tht busy got a chicken quesadilla with roasted veggies they used the wrong chicken and forgot the veggies over Wawa in this area Chesapeake blvd and ingelside are just as bad now

This Wawa is always too packed. You want gas? Well, you’re going to be waiting a while. The pumps are almost always full, and there are lines of cars waiting for all the pumps. People will park at the pump to reserve their spot, go inside and grab food, drinks, scratch offs, cigarettes, etc., all the while you’re still waiting simply to get gas. They could solve this by pumping and then moving their car to a parking space. Exception is if you have to pay inside, but often, they’ll do all of the shopping and THEN come pay at the pump anyways. Those LPR cars are always driving aggressively in the parking lot and almost mowing other cars and pedestrians over. If they’re not speeding through the parking lot, often you can find them sitting at the pumps just talking even after they’re done pumping gas. Inside, the line is long and slow. The cashier seems to only greet friends or customers they seem to know because then they’ll hold an entire conversation with them. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. If you’re just wanting gas, simply drive to the next parking lot, and there is a royal farms with an empty gas area most of the time, otherwise, may the odds be ever in your favor.

This is a gas station/ deli they have good coffee, they do not serve alcohol but you can buy it here( one survey question asked me that) :) Most of the food is pretty good, the paninis, the turkey bowl, and the egg omelette sandwich, and croissant bacon and egg sizzli is good. You can order online pickup or door dash delivery, and of course go inside, they will ALWAYS ID you, so don't take offense.
Vegetarian options: You custom build your food choices on screen, and can also hit special order at end if there is an option u need that isn't there, and they will ask before making your food.
