Fast, decent enough restrooms, but check your chicken sandwich to be sure the chicken is in it. I'm too apathetic to go back and have it fixed.

It’s about the air pumps yall might as well 🛑 giving that service because everyone of the air pumps in the whole tidewater area is either broken or missing part this is sad Wawa has fallen and isn’t picking back up

Wawa wins! Hands down. Fresh food and specialty drinks to order. Fresh reg and decaf on tap. Philadephia comfort food abounds. Pretzels, cheesesteaks, and a full line of breakfast lunch, and dinner. NO ARTAFICIAL MSG HERE!

I had a piece of Turkey Sausage with my breakfast yesterday. The first bite made my whole mouth numb, started me seating and gave me a headache...that is my reaction to artificial MSG. It was tasty though, and if you don't have an allergy...go for it. But, I can no longer say that they do not use artificial MSG in their food.
What really broke my heart is that Wawa no longer carried Fountain Pepsi, or Pepsi in 12oz cans. If you want a Pepsi on tap, Taco Bell and Bojangles have it. If you want Pepsi from Wawa it has to come in a 20oz plastic bottle or 16oz can. I don't know about you, but I can not finish a 16 or 20oz soda in one sitting. It goes flat too fast.

Ever since the remodel of this location the service and the atmosphere have dropped, drastically. The last four times i have walked in to order food they ether forgot to make my food making, me wait a total of 45mins due to the employees gossiping with customers. Did not make my food correctly as I ordered. Than tonight's case 12/18/24 straight up let me order my food waited 15mins and then realized they were out of what I ordered and would swap it for something else as well as making an customers who ordered after I did their order first, because she just ordered the soup. Lot of good getting a number with your order if your just going to jump to anyone you want or who's the rudest. lastly its not like it was overly busy being that it was 11:00pm, moved pretty quick until it took more than two people to make a family sized soup.

A cup of ice was a bit overpriced in my opinion (compared to other big chain gas stations), but gas prices were typical for the area and they had restrooms open for use when CVS did not.

Tracey at the register is so sweet. I saw a customer be blatantly rude to her, even knocking down and pushing the cup (the customer just asked for mind you) towards her and she just handled it so eloquently and was still kind and smiling and even told her to have a nice day. She deserves a raise!!! People shouldn’t have to politely deal with such rudeness while just trying to do their job, but she really handled it so well. She’s doing a great job every time I’ve come to this Wawa.

This is the first gas station on my way to work everyday, and I still won't stop here.
There's always two or three people standing outside asking for money, they'll even come up to you at the pumps. The staff that works the hot food bar are rude and slow. It's never a pleasant experience. Don't bother.

I uber eats from here sometimes and they almost always mess up the order. I understand sometimes things are out of stock so I try to be patient. But when i’m missing an item and then another one of the items is incorrect it’s upsetting. Especially since sometimes I can’t get a refund on uber eats. I’m not trying to be rude to any of the hard workers but please just be a little more mindful when packing orders.

When they built this store in the early 2000s it was a great store until the last four or five years. Nowadays when you come for a cup of coffee the urns are empty half of the time and a lot of times don't have the basic creamers and other supplies.It's like the higher the wages are paid the worst the service. When I ask for coffee it seems like I'm interrupting or bothering them, so I just walk out and go somewhere else. Don't get me wrong there are great people that work there as well.

They honestly need to just shut this location down between closing randomly during the day with no explanations and closing at midnight you truly cannot get the Wawa experience here bc it’s always something.

I went in to use the atm and play the lottery.
On my way out, this very nice person who worked there, approached me and asked if I wanted to try a slice of pizza, which they held on a tray. I said sure. Pleasantly surprised, it was quite good. The crust was crunchy, but not burnt. The sauce was very tasty. The cheese and pepperoni were cooked just right. If I wasn't already going somewhere for dinner, I'd have bought a whole pie.
Thank you, whoever you were. that stopped me to try this. I'd have never thought to buy pizza at Wawa if you hadn't
