A REVEIW YOU MUST READ !! Jarrod at this Wells Fargo branch was more then helpful he did everything for me and was polite professional and made sure that I was taken care of even not being a Wells Fargo member !! I am absolutely impressed with his professionalism and whoever is boss is needs to know that he should definitely be promoted !!

I recently just Left this location...
And was trying to turn in
$3.50...
In Quarters...
And the lady at the desk inside..
Said they don't take loose change...
Now I understand if I had 200 pennies and 50 nickels and even 50 quarters...
That I would have to roll them...
But I don't understand why she will not take $3.50 in quarters...
I believe she was just too lazy and did not want to count the quarters later.
If I had $10 in quarters I would have rolled them up and turned them in...
And a bank I believe should take change..
Especially when there's not a lot of it...
This is totally ridiculous...
And all my other banks that I bank with have never done this..
Unless I brought a large amount of change..
This was not the first time this happened at Wells Fargo..
And I know it is ridiculous if I roll up all my change..
And have a little bit left over. I should be able to turn that in..
The last time I checked a bank should be taking money..
That is why there is Banks to accept money...
I even asked her if she would put it in my bank account and she still would not take $3.50 to put into my account...
I don't know what else to say except banks should take change..
And I know it is my responsibility to roll the change if I have a lot..
This is very disturbing..
That we've come to this..
Where a bank doesn't even
Accept
change anymore???

Worst service took over 20 minutes to assist me didn’t even ask how I wanted my bills or said thank you have a nice day. Will never go to that branch again.

Yet another branch in a poor neighborhood that is completely understaffed and poorly trained. I watched as these people turned away customers for wires because "the banker was Booked all day" at 915am. One teller helped one out the line you see. Wells Fargo should be ashamed and i should be as well for continuing to support this financial institution.

Beatriz is my favorite teller. She's always so upbeat and sweet every time I make my deposits weekly from my job. She even remembered my birthday which is so nice! Please give her a promotion. She goes out of her way to make a connection with each individual. I have banked with you for years and have gone to different branches. But, I've never met anyone who shows that they love their job and goes above and beyond for EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. Keep up the great work, Bea!

Could be better, could be worse. When I needed a Medalion, I found that Wells Fargo no longer did that service, but other banks do. So they may lose my account over this. Also, they held my initial check deposit for a lot longer than they needed to, and gave me a lame excuse as to why they did that. But I may have gotten the same treatment anywhere else. So on that point, no better, no worse than anyone else, thus my rating of 3 stars.

This location has always been expedient the customer service us driven the tellers are very personable knowledgeable of the products that the bank offers. the location is very adjacent to just about any direction that you are coming from parking is not bad management is available and willing to assist if need be happy holidays
