Great experience with Sharon-once she understood the issue..she was able to assist with my hair lined fracture-today(the day before Thanksgivings) and I sure appreciate it!! Staff and work was top tier-Happy Holidays!?

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. After I arrived, we determined that I needed records from my previous dentist in order to proceed. So I drove across town, picked up records and returned to Aspen, and by then had missed my appointment time by several hours. But rather than make an appointment for another day, the flexible crew worked me right into schedule and never missed a beat. I was extremely pleased with their excellent customer service and Dr. Parkman's skills, and very happy with the dental hygienist and her expert results. I'm certain that I'll be a satisfied, long term patient!

The staff are so caring and nice. Dr. Kate is the very best dentist I’ve ever been to. So gentle and caring.I’ve had horrible dental experiences in the past and Dr. Kate was so caring and made me feel comfortable and was very patient with my many fears. If you need a dentist this is the place. Thank you all for being so awesome!!!!

Oh, my goodness. I can't rave enough about the friendliness of this wonderful staff. Every staff member through the whole visit were just so sweet and supportive. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental on Midlothian to anyone looking for a dentist. Not only were they courteous, but they were also knowledgeable and time conscious. I felt very assured having them work on my teeth.

Called the day before letting them know exactly what I needed (wisdom tooth removed). Gave me an early appointment the next day. Arrived at 7:15 and completed necessary paperwork, they did x-rays, and an cancer screening. Was finished around 9:45 and was told to come back at 10:45 to get the wisdom tooth pulled. Arrived back at 10:45 and by 11:10 I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be before I was seen. She said they we’re getting everything set up. After another 15 minutes of waiting (45 in total) I decided to cancel the appointment and leave! My time is just as valuable as theirs and if this is the type of treatment they give customers, I certainly don’t want them working on my mouth. Staff did call to apologize but how is that helping me! Also I was told I need thousands of dollars of work done. Took a day off of work for nothing! Also I was charged for the tooth removal before getting it done and will be checking my card to make sure my funds are returned. Got nothing accomplished visiting this office only a lost day of work. I do not recommend!

My total experience was pleasant. Staff, technicians, and doctor were very thorough. Because of one very bad experience, I’m very nervous in the dentist chair, but I was able to relax during my visit.

I didn’t exactly know what to expect from this visit. I guess I would receive what the next step would be to fill in the space where the tooth was pulled. I didn’t expect to hear that I have bone loss and need periodontal work. I have contacted my dentist’s office to talk to him and get a 2nd opinion. I will see him on Oct 30. I will stop by to get a copy of my X-rays so my dentist will see what you have stated in the treatment plan. Thank you for the care I have received. You have done a great job. I’ll decide what I need to do after I talk to my dentist on Oct 30.

Office was dirty, I didn’t feel like the staff cared about hygiene (dental tech answering reception computers and phones while not changing gloves to then put their hands in my mouth for x rays, dirty gauze all over the waiting room, facility did not smell sterile let alone pleasant). Every team member tried to push their version of braces, which I told them I wasn’t interested over and over again. I felt coerced into unnecessary treatment. Doctors and hygienists were thorough about very specific parts of my exam but completely ignored the basics on my imagery (I literally have an extra tooth that shows on x rays and I had to show them and they confirmed that they missed it). Billing and office staff have been SO unorganized (they ran my insurance 4 times in one visit and asked the same questions each time, they booked appointments in my name without telling me until I got a reminder call for an appointment for next day I was entirely unaware of, I have tried to cancel my appointments multiple times but everytime I call they still have an appointment in my name?). When I got the bill, they had already applied the 2500 dollar braces treatment, when I told them I wasn’t interested. They charged me for a filling before I received it and I haven’t been able to be refunded yet. I will literally never go back to this practice. I am so so so so so unhappy with this facility, the organization, and the staff. I would deter anyone from establishing care here. This place feels closer to a scam than health care

I set up my dental plan in June and called in July to schedule an appointment for August 21. Not once did they mention anything about my insurance. I even called 5 days before my appointment to confirm, and still, no mention of the $897 payment. Now, when I arrive for my appointment, they suddenly tell me that, according to my insurance, I need to have a doctor assigned and due to their unavailability, they can't assign one to me. Why the hell didn't anyone inform me about this when I called to confirm? Why wait until the very day of the appointment to check my insurance plan?

My first appointment had a time change without a phone call, I only happened to notice it was different than the original time when I checked my email the day of. Assessment went well and I liked the dentist (I believe her name is Kate). When I arrived for my fillings I was told that I did not have an appointment. I showed the receptionist (the same woman who scheduled this appointment) my appointment date and time in my email. Her response was “well I guess we will just have to squeeze you in”. I decided to just reschedule since I did not want the dental care to feel rushed. When I came back for the rescheduled appointment the front door was open but all of the lights were off. I called customer service and was told they are closed, the district manager was on the way to lock the doors and for me to just leave. No apologies, no rescheduling “just leave”. I was later told that my appointment must have been canceled and I was simply not notified. At this point I wanted to find a new dentist office but I’m having Invisalign put on in a week and I needed my fillings to be done. With all the rescheduling it was over a 5 month wait and I no longer had the time to become established with a new dentist. I called them to made an appointment again, with the same dentist (Kate) since I did like her. When I got there I was on the schedule and they took my payment. Once I was taken back and my mouth was numbed I met the dentist who was a completely different doctor. My molar fillings are absolutely awful. He did not mold are shape it at all. One back molar is almost completely flat. I now have pain in my back teeth that I did not have before. I have had to make an appointment with another dentist office in hopes that they can help me.Please do not go here.

I was impressed how efficient and professional Aspen takes care of their patients. I was greeted by Melissa with a big smile, she had all the paperwork ready. Knowing the reason I was there, we had spoken the previous day, she told me we’re going to take good care of you. The dentist and his assistant who treated me, were kind, explained the procedure, (tooth extraction)and proceeded to work on me. They applied the anesthesia and then extracted the tooth. Incredibly I didn’t even feel pain. It was done very efficiently. Melissa was right, they take excellent care of their patients. Thank you kindly. Irving
