Make sure you guys are checking receipts with the breakdown on what you’re being charged. If you pay with a card there is a separate receipt for that payment aside from your itemized receipt. The guy working here named ashif charged us for an accessory package without us knowing with our phone upgrade and when confronted about it he tried saying that it was automatically added to the bill and then later said that he didn’t know. How do you not know what’s being added to the purchase amount when you’re the one looking at the screen telling people what their total is. We were asked what accessories we wanted and we said we didn’t want any, just the phone and he didn’t tell us we had already paid for the accessories. So if I didn’t look at my receipt we were going to walk out of the store without these accessories that we paid for without him even saying a word about it.that’s basically stealing.

I upgraded and got the IPhone 11. I’m annoyed because all the sales rep probably had to do was hand me back my new phone after turning it on so I could enter in my email address and password, so I could have all of my passwords and apps. It’s annoying.

They have had this sign up that going to lunch from 12pm to 1pmNO ONE THEY CAME OUT AND WENT BACK IN THE BACK I WATCHED THE ASSOCIATE CRACK DOOR THEN YET STILL HAVEN’T OPENED AND ITS BEEN AN HOUR AND A HALF
