Very nasty individuals work here…awful service..Took my money never turned my phone on then a day later refused me service after I drove all the way to the establishment because I hung up the phone earlier “wow” so at this point she’s smiling in my face being Condescending saying it’s no way I can help you “you can go to another boost mobile” I pray she’s fired before her awful service meets her demise her name Sandy M very horrible cashier….my receipt says I have a $4 service charge but here I am telling you a story where I refused service! Absolutely nuts and to top that off they were charging me extra for insurance I never added to the phone!

Wife and I have had Boost service for years and it was great. Go to store to get help switching off the old Sprint network and we are told it will lock our phones. Store says phone customer support is having same issue. Guess it's time to move to new carrier unfortunately.
