My husband dropped off his truck to have it detailed and was told they would keep it over night. We get 30 minutes away - both of us had to drive over there and we get a call from the company saying they did not want to do the job. They did not even have the courtesy to tell us when we there.

I was referred to them by my auto repair. Drove over there and spent an hour waiting for a ride. I get home and they have the other company call me to say they didn't want to do the work.. very unreliable and inconsiderate. All they had to do was tell me and I could have left, now I have to waste another hour driving back an forth.. .
