So disappointed in today's delivery. The young man literally threw the box up my front porch stairs. He had no clue the value of what was in the box. It was 7 12×16 memorial portraits of my husband's Father who just passed away. It was a loving tribute from me to my inlaws. If people do not want to do this type of work, then maybe they need another profession.

I ordered a package Monday they let me know that the package would be in Wednesday which is today and it has been in Chester since 8am I also called and they kept hanging up. The worst I advise everyone to use UPS
