Literally it has been years since FedEx delivery date was true. This time again how do you change a delivery date for different times. I really don't know how FedEx can stay in business with such a poorly-run operation and it's crazy because UPS has not delayed past the day they were supposed to in years. Everyone save yourself the frustration and more don't ship with FedEx let UPS actually get it to your door.

The cashier wasn't very pleasant. However, I find in a lot of these facilities .Better customers are needed.

This location the workers do not know what they are doing showed no interest in helping and then refused service because they did not know how to do it.

FedEx does not deliver to specific addresses. Packages are dropped off in the vicinity of the address. If FedEx packages are not delivered to my door I will no longer accept the package!FedEx provide the delivery service purported!
