Understandable if prices are changed. Proper customer service is when you disclose certain information as such to clients prior to servicing. I was sneakily robbed of $10 extra dollars by Joel (First Chair). And to hear other staff laughing about it......will definitely not be returning to this establishment!

Great haircut and the barbers are experienced. It is difficult to find someone that can actually cut a hard part in your hair.
