Rented a space online for some extra savings. Was notified when the space was ready and a lock was left inside for my use. The app makes entering and leaving easy. The use of a computer interface in the office was interesting, but having a live person help was great. And an in town person called right away to offer any extra needed assistance. All in all, a great experience starting our rental.

When you need someone no is there to help, you call, no one picks up and they don’t call back in a timely manner to solve issues. What is the point of posted hours or having a kiosk if no one is still there to assist

Because my door broke I’ve been there three days and nobody can fix it. No one has called me to help me meet me up there. It’s been three hours. I will not recommend you to anyone.

I had a great experience with Hailey at Public Storage! She notified me about a missed payment and helped me take care of it before a late fee was added. She also made sure I had all the information I needed to protect my valuables. The storage units have good security as well, giving me peace of mind. Friendly, professional, and proactive—thank you, Hailey, for the excellent customer service!

We were able to comfortably fit our 20’ rental moving truck in without and problems. We got a 10x20 and we got our 2 bedroom 900 sqft apartment’s worth of items inside and still had plenty of room.

The manager nalease was so kind when taking my mom’s payment. She was understanding of her situation and helped her come up with solutions to the problem and make a plan to get her back on track with her payments.

Hey Smarties! We’re back with another Honest Review! This location is infested with mice and rats, probably because it’s completely self storage there is no attendee on site. Our first unit was not unlocked yet, because no one had been on premises to get it ready. The next one had mice in it. There’s a live assistant that can have all your electronic paperwork correct but if no one comes on site you’re just bouncing around hoping someone cleaned a unit. We would not recommend this location Smarties!
