Omg, I'm telling right now since this pandemic Wells Fargo has to be the WORST financial institution out there. This is my opinion so don't be getting all upset. Anyway, again since the pandemic you can no longer go inside the bank unless you have an appointment. Which means you only have two options. Go through drive thru or go to the atm. Ok that wouldn't be a problem, BUT they have increased the daily amount of withdrawals you can make within the day. Next the drive thru line is ridiculously long. Before going there I suggest you have gas in your car or you're gonna be in for a rude awaking by running out of gas. Wells Fargo is the ONLY financial institution that is doing this. I understand they want to protect their employees as well as their customer but there's got to be a better way that this. Maybe you can allow 6 customers in at a time. And constantly clean after each customer Your company needs to step up your game. Cause even though your going through this process it still may or may not be effective in spreading germs. Keep 6 feet apart social distancing wear your mask and gloves have sanitizing stations around your facility. This is ridiculous so while I was at this location I had two transactions done. Anyway, today I went to catch my account to find out that my deposit wasn't there, but I was given two receipts yesterday before leaving. After calling customer care I find out this idiot yes I said it took my deposit and put in a payee account why can't be use just a little bit of common sense. Now I see what type of people they have working for their business. Cause I specifically explained to the teller what I was doing so he took upon his self to do what he wanted to do. If you don't want to do your job properly then allow someone else wo wants to work let them have that position. I'll think twice about going back to this location. They definitely need to step up on their customer service. Not good at all
