Update: Waited over 25 minutes on line just to be told I needed to have a seat & wait for a manager to handle my transaction. This branch needs more tellers, more bankers and a separate line for commercial transactions.Waited over 20 minutes on line with many people behind me. Please hire more tellers.

I recently attempted to make a deposit at this branch. I pulled up and was the second customer in line at one of two open drive-thru lanes. I waited more than 20 minutes before the car in front of me finally pulled away. But when I pulled up to the window, I was informed that the teller would be waiting on "a few" in-store customers and then the driver in the second lane, before she would wait on me.I counted more than 15 people in line inside, with only two tellers serving both the two drive-thru lanes and the inside customers. This branch serves a working-class neighborhood and is very busy. There is no excuse for a bank branch to be so poorly staffed and so poorly managed. This was not the first time that I had waited an inordinately long time at this branch, but it was by far the worst experience.

Not sure how the worker luz is still working at wells fargo, she gives terrible service and is not there to help, please do better.

I’m in the middle of purchasing a house. Paperwork, paperwork. The teller here at the Meadowbrook (N. Chesterfield,VA) location…JAYLAL (Teller) was so helpful. She not only run copies off for me of my checking account, but also stamped and signed them for me also. Just wanted you to know she is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. What an asset to this branch. Thanks again, Eddie Upchurch

Omg, I'm telling right now since this pandemic Wells Fargo has to be the WORST financial institution out there. This is my opinion so don't be getting all upset. Anyway, again since the pandemic you can no longer go inside the bank unless you have an appointment. Which means you only have two options. Go through drive thru or go to the atm. Ok that wouldn't be a problem, BUT they have increased the daily amount of withdrawals you can make within the day. Next the drive thru line is ridiculously long. Before going there I suggest you have gas in your car or you're gonna be in for a rude awaking by running out of gas. Wells Fargo is the ONLY financial institution that is doing this. I understand they want to protect their employees as well as their customer but there's got to be a better way that this. Maybe you can allow 6 customers in at a time. And constantly clean after each customer Your company needs to step up your game. Cause even though your going through this process it still may or may not be effective in spreading germs. Keep 6 feet apart social distancing wear your mask and gloves have sanitizing stations around your facility. This is ridiculous so while I was at this location I had two transactions done. Anyway, today I went to catch my account to find out that my deposit wasn't there, but I was given two receipts yesterday before leaving. After calling customer care I find out this idiot yes I said it took my deposit and put in a payee account why can't be use just a little bit of common sense. Now I see what type of people they have working for their business. Cause I specifically explained to the teller what I was doing so he took upon his self to do what he wanted to do. If you don't want to do your job properly then allow someone else wo wants to work let them have that position. I'll think twice about going back to this location. They definitely need to step up on their customer service. Not good at all

I made a cash deposit of $2000 dollars an a money order of $200. The teller Bria did not confirm the amount being deposited. She just sealed my ID bank card an receipt tightly in envelope an told me to have a nice weekend for me to drive off an rip open to see my deposit was short $40. I went back in to get it straight for them to use my money order deposit as a confusion mechanism. They refuse to play the camera back. They are all polite a different breed smile while stabbing you in the back. I recommend anyone who make cash deposit be careful.
