“One of the managers here, Spencer, was exceptionally helpful and friendly! I had an issue with the Colonial Heights location (Store 955) in which I had placed an online order, and in 3 hours they hadn't even attempted to put the parts together. Turns out they were missing a part. The managers there made no attempt to resolve the issue, so I called the Dinwiddie store to see if they had the part in stock. Spencer found the part for me and set up a transfer so that all I had to do was pick up the part. Autozone almost lost a customer that day, but it looks like I'll just be going to the Dinwiddie store from now on! Thanks again for the help!”
“The new store manger named Maddy was wonderful! She was extremely busy but took the time to help my son with his battery! The connection was having issues and she very polite the whole way through! About year ago came by there for a battery! They were rude and refuse to help me in anyway! I really love the new atmosphere and Maddy was awesome”
