“Quick and so easy to submit my passport application. Was literally in and out in 5 minutes. If you live in the Charlottesville area coming out to this post office is definitely worth it! The best experience I’ve ever had at a post office.”

“I love this USPS store in Charlottesville! I have only ever had the most positive experiences here, and I have been many, many times. The two men who regularly work up front are awesome and super knowledgeable (thanks, Gary!). Inside is super clean and they have everything I need to send my packages. Thank you!”

4301 Ivy Road, Ivy VA 22945
“Always helpful. I remember when I brought my son in once years ago and they let him weigh his pinewood derby car for boy scouts in the official scale. It's a small post office - you trade the long lines at the central office for short lines and the occasional lack of packing supplies. Can't have it all - sometimes its just what you need though.”

“Kudos to the postman who believed my package wasn't delivered and actually checked the other mailboxes today! There it was! I think his name is Robert. While he deserves 5 stars the local PO sat on it for over a week despite calls, missing mail reports and notes. Very annoying to be told it was delivered when in fact it was not delivered to me. I'll put in rave reviews for my hero when I'm sure of his name.”

“I can’t thank the sweet lady enough who waited on me last Thursday. She went above and beyond even offered to stay longer to make sure I received my mail. You made my situation turn out wonderful!!!! Just being there I see they work hard with what they are given. You are appreciated?”
