We had the best experience at the North Garden Post Office! Alicia was phenomenal helping our whole family with our passport applications, including our two children. She made the process smooth and stress-free. I always come here for my mailing needs, and the service is consistently wonderful. Highly recommend!

I went for passport renewal.
The staff at this PO are amazing!! They are so genuinely kind and helpful anticipating every question and need. They are professional and very efficient in reviewing to ensure all is in order before sending off. And, I was there for less than 10 minutes!!
The facility is immaculate and well-organized. The parking is easy and convenient. It was such a great experience that I didn’t want to leave.

This is by far the most helpful and efficient post office I have ever been to. My family exclusively uses them for all our passport needs. We travel the extra distance because we know that they will take care of us and importantly make sure all our documentation is in order so that there are no issues on the back end. Can’t recommended enough!

Probably the first usps office that has five star and they deserve it! Had an appointment for passport and photo, was in and out in 5 min. Very efficient and helpful staff members.

The ladies here are so wonderful! I always drive 20-30 minutes to this post office for all my passport needs. They’re kind, efficient, and care about what they do. It took 15 minutes for me and my two sons to get photos and passport renewals. I didn’t have an appointment for myself, but once I mentioned I needed to do it the lovely ladies squeezed me in. It’s the best little post office!

By far the best customer service I’ve ever seen.
I went to this location for passport services after my appointment in Richmond was cancelled. No post offices in Richmond would answer their phones and all had extremely limited walk-in passport service options. This location answered their phones and were very empathetic to my situation.
Both employees at this location were extremely friendly and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They answered all questions I had in a very clear manner and overall provided a great experience.
I highly recommend this location for any USPS needs.

What an awesome experience. I went in for a passport appointment on 7-13-24 at 830am and it couldn’t have been anymore flawless. The only staff member that was there was so helpful and made sure I had everything filled out correctly on my application before submitting. She was very efficient and so friendly! I highly recommend going to this location if you have any passport needs.

This may be the best post office in the country. We have had two experiences here and they were awesome.We got our 4 year olds passport here a couple months back. We were able to get a Saturday appointment a week before, and it was such an easy process! Every other passport location locally was booked out months. Plus the staff was so wonderful getting our daughter to take a picture!I had packages to send out the week for Christmas. And I decided to this location instead of braving the locations in Charlottesville. The staff was so wonderful. They even helped me repackage a box to save me over $50 in shipping costs.I would never think going to the post office would be a highlight of my week, but it really was! Keep up the awesome work.
