The lady (manager/owner ) rude
I parked my truck for a few minutes and got out to BUY SOMETHING TO EAT and drink and as soon as I walk in she says move your truck, no hello no nothing, now my response is I’m a truck driver your parking isn’t truck fairly and I’m be quick
She said I don’t care
I’m like ok and left
I will never go there again.
Just curious as to where Mclane and genesis park lol

Dont mind the negative reviews! I patronize this location at least once a week (all times of day and night) and the service has always been excellent. The store is clean and organized, and they always have exactly what I need. Love this place.

Offer a bathroom! It's a convenience store! Had to walk to walgreen to take a piss... was gonna get some taquito's as well. But from here? Absolutely not. Every 7/11 I've been in has let me go to the bathroom. One of this size should have one available to the public. Don't go here

This is the worst 7 eleven I have ever been to the Asian was yelling at me and the man said I look like a robber and threaten to call the cop and took my coffee. I have never been humiliated like that. Ithe good news is I recorded everything and I will sue 7 eleven and the video will be for the world to see. I have never been in any kind of trouble un my life. I was in uniform going to work abd I make a stop at this 7 eleven to.get a cup of coffee.

I seriously hate this place. The owner couple are annoying and yell at customers as they are still in store like they don't exist. Such a disrespect. Often, items fall off from the display as they are poorly placed(stacked on top of each other, so items are above the bar that stops from falling). And the aisles are narrow as i doubt it follows 711 companys regulations. The lady yells at people when an accident happens. Their behavior makes the two nearest 711 stores feel heavily. If you have to stop at this store in the morning, just grab a cup of joe and elget out. Don't touch anything or walk in aisles as you will be likely to knock off something off the shelves and get yelled at. The only nice thing about the store is really the old cashier in the morning, and he speaks enthusiastically.

If i could give this location a negative star i would.the asian lady in that store is always very rude she yells at people. I was just trying to heat my food many times ago he forced me to buy something so he could let me heat my food but today I decided to comment because today she didn't even let us heat it up and I told him I was going to buy some drinks she refused to let me to use it. 7-Eleven just lost me as a customer and my crew. I ask the franchisees of said stores to take action in this case

I don't know what other people are talking about when coming with the reviews here(maybe because I'm a child and people like to be nice), but I'm a middle schooler and I know about the cranky lady but she has never yelled and anytime I get my stuff and buy she never really does anything she just does her job and then get on with the next customer and I visit so often with friends that we became friends with so of the employees. I love the 7-11 even the fact that its close is what i love and the employees(not all) are very nice. BTW please give Jeff a raise he's very nice and respectful
