“Mill Direct Flooring replaced and refinished my old parquet flooring from the 60s and the result is beautiful. I had some flooring that needed to be replaced but I wanted it to match the original parquet flooring I had in an adjacent room. David was able to find matching parquet floors and refinish the existing parquet floors to blend seamlessly.

“called the day before delivering to ask about overnight parking. They said “you can park alongside the RR tracks, just don’t block any parking spots”. Well, the RR tracks were completely full with dozens of box trucks, dump trucks and abandoned equipment so that was a waste. The open areas all had no parking, tow zone signs etc. Ended up double parking near the tracks just to get woken up at 0600 saying i gotta move.
the actual fork lift driver was very nice and once they started unloading it was about 20min”
“Posting 5 star to off set the bad review from a dumb, lazy truck driver. Poor baby you had to wait while they unloaded your truck and then you had to sweep your own truck. The nerve of some people.”

“I very much appreciate the attention and help I received from Michael Omohundro in regard to cabinets Mid South had installed in 2004, that still look beautiful and still are sturdy, but the basket railings needed a minor repair. He took time to search for solutions and was very attentive, polite, and although the cabinets were no longer being made, he had helpful suggestions. Good to know this good service is there for us after all these years.”
